Mistaken wire transfer/payment error in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
Someone else's paycheck just landed in my account by mistake, and
totally out of nowhere, I actually know who it belongs to, so I reached out to them immediately. They're trying to convince me to just withdraw the cash and hand it over directly, but honestly, I'm a bit worried that some government agency or the IRS might come knocking on my door later claiming I have an undeclared source of income or something. Even though her name shows up in the recipient field, the money is sitting in my account. Is there a way to just hand this money over without any legal headaches, or should I let it go through the proper channels—like having it returned to the sender's employer—and just wait for everything to be processed correctly?

Just watched it! I’m not exactly a huge fan, but honestly, it was pretty fun. Does anyone actually get that mid-credits scene, though? Like, I have zero clue who this Cletus guy is or what he's even rambling about. Maybe someone could point me toward the specific movies or comic books I should check out so I can look into it myself?
thanks
Starting an LLC: Where to begin? in Business, Accounting & Taxes ·

Thanks,

Here’s the actual situation: I’m currently an employee at Walmart, and my fiancé has saved up some cash and wants to start an LLC—maybe a small pizzeria or something similar. My current employer has already looked into it and decided there's no conflict of interest, so as far as they're concerned, I'm free to be an owner.

My only real worry is what happens if the business goes under or if something goes sideways; I don't want to end up stuck in a county jail somewhere.😕

Sorry in advance if I'm being lazy here—I’m sure the answer is already out there somewhere, but I just can't be bothered to hunt for it myself.
So, I'm looking into starting an LLC. My plan is to be the sole owner, but I'd hire someone else to serve as the CEO/Director, and then I'd probably have two other employees on board. Since I already have a full-time job, is it actually possible to keep my current position without any issues? Also, if I'm listed as the owner, who takes the fall if the business goes belly up—me or the director? And regarding fines from inspections—whether it's something minor like smoking in a non-smoking area or something much more serious—would I be held liable, or would that responsibility fall on the director instead?

Thanks so much!
I’ve tried both versions—the standard one first, then the Forte. To be clear, I was just carrying a few extra pounds from the winter months; nothing serious like blood pressure or heart issues, just some extra weight. I figured I’d try using this to slim down, but honestly? It did absolutely nothing. I barely lost a couple of pounds. And I was following the instructions to a T—eating light, staying active, getting fresh air, exercising, and taking the Tonalin Forte on top of it all, but it just didn't work out the way I expected.

So, I ended up doing what I think was actually the smartest move: mixing things up with yoga, some Pilates, and a bit of aerobics whenever I can. I take the stairs instead of the elevator or driving, I stay moving, I cut out soda entirely, and while I still eat sweets occasionally, it’s very rare. Now, with plenty of fruits and veggies in my diet, I feel like I'm finally in peak shape.😁

Somehow, the geniuses behind Tonalin claimed you get the best results after using it for several months. Yeah, right... don't bother. It's just a waste of money.

If someone is dealing with actual weight issues, like clinical obesity and stuff, they should stick to real medication and a diet prescribed by a doctor or whatever specialist handles that field.
Is it better to use the cream or the St. John's Wort oil? I mean, because of the hypericin content

Well, look, that exact same hypericin is what causes photosensitivity, so you really have to stay out of the sun. You can find St. John's Wort oil at basically any health food store or herbal shop, or if you happen to know someone living down by the coast, most people just keep it as a standard staple in their home medicine cabinet. It actually works, too. A friend of mine was dealing with something similar and she tried every single ointment under the sun, but then she stumbled upon St. John's Wort by accident and it finally helped her

At least give it a shot, it won't hurt you 👍

If you're in the States, just hit up an Optica shop, book an appointment, and you won't drop more than $100 on the whole thing. They basically do everything—they’ll even measure your tear ducts or whatever; they know it all, honestly acting like they're straight out of CSI... good luck!
Monistat isn't going to do much for ringworm, honestly. Do you even know what this thing is actually called in medical terms? Like, the actual professional diagnosis?
