My whole family is driving me absolutely insane. They are all obsessively breathing down my neck, demanding to know what we’re naming the baby. I’ve already told them multiple times: we aren't saying a word until we’re closer to the end of the pregnancy and have made a final call. Honestly, we’ve had the names picked out for ages, but I think there's a certain satisfaction in letting them squirm in suspense just a little longer. 😍
Aaron Scott45 said:We decided to keep the gender a surprise this time (which means I have to stay strong before every single ultrasound), but people just won't stop asking. I constantly get these looks like, "How can you not want to know?" or my personal favorite: "I already know you're having a boy!"

We actually know the gender and wanted to find out, but I was floored by the doctor at the Mayo Clinic during our last scan. He just blurted out, "So, did they tell you it's a girl yet?" Honestly, I can only imagine how infuriating it would be if you had to deal with a doctor like that.😉
I just got into a heated argument with a woman at the local Pharmacy. She had the nerve to tell me I won't receive my maternity package until after the baby is actually born and that I'll need to present my hospital discharge papers first. Meanwhile, I see plenty of other women walking away with their pregnancy kits already in hand. It makes zero sense. Shouldn't every Pharmacy be following the exact same protocol here?

It’s especially annoying when some guy uses the phrase `wanted` to justify his actions 🙏

My father-in-law and mother-in-law both use that exact "I wanted" logic, and honestly, it makes my skin crawl every single time. By the way, their daughter living with them is an elementary school teacher, yet she never once calls them out on it...
This one caught me completely off guard. I honestly never saw it coming, and clearly, I need to watch my back from here on out. As far as anyone else goes, nobody knows I'm pregnant—not even beyond my parents and a couple of close friends—because we dealt with some complications early on. There is zero chance anyone besides my mom or maybe my best friend will even touch my belly, and even then, only once the baby starts kicking enough for them to actually feel something.
Seriously... just yesterday, some guy I call a friend (who I actually can't stand, by the way) went ahead and rubbed my stomach, and I’m barely even 14 weeks along😠

I've never been a big fan of being touched, and honestly, the whole idea of people rubbing my belly during pregnancy makes my skin crawl. But nobody has even dared to touch me yet, and then this idiot just goes for it without a second thought😲 I mean, come on—my bump is barely starting to show, I can't even feel the baby moving yet, so what gives him the right to just reach out and grab my stomach like that!

🙂There’s this long-time employee at my hair salon—who happens to be the owner’s mother, by the way—that absolutely gets under my skin. I finally went in today to get a haircut because my hair was getting out of control, but halfway through, I started feeling lightheaded. Everything went dark, and I actually had to step outside to catch my breath and grab some water just so I wouldn't pass out from low blood pressure. After a few minutes of fresh air, I felt steady enough to go back inside and let the stylist finish up (thank God she was almost done).

Then, this old lady looks at me and asks, "Are you pregnant?" I just gave her a tight smile and said, "No."
I was just about to start explaining myself—even though we haven't even heard a heartbeat yet since our first ultrasound isn't until tomorrow—but she kept poking her nose into everything. No one knows I'm pregnant except for the older generation, and now I'm expected to pour my heart out to *her*? Ever since we got married three years ago, she asks me if I'm pregnant every single time I see her. It is exhausting. Maybe I should just explain to her every single time that my husband has a poor sperm count and that we have to go through rounds of IVF because we can't conceive naturally. Grrrrrr!!!🙂

We’re just getting started, barely two months in... It took my mom ten months to conceive, so I'm hoping my timeline is a bit shorter than hers.🙂
