New investment coming to Washington, D.C.! in Close to Politics ·
Brothels plus the legalization of prostitution—both the spiritual and the physical kind. 😁

I don't care for either of them. Both signed those treaties with Rome. Why single out Ace? I only mentioned Anthony because of his past ties to the Right-wing

You're confusing Aco with Ante.😁
goldengull3 said:And where exactly are you looking when you say that? Besides, what does the American economy have to do with "laissez-faire"? The government is the primary client for almost everything; they funnel half the federal budget into social programs, subsidize just about every industry under the sun, and then conveniently convert corporate debts into public debt. On top of all that, we have labor laws so rigid that you can barely fire an unproductive employee unless they somehow manage to forget their lawyer exists.

So, if you don't mind me asking—what do you actually do for a living? You've logged over 39,000 posts here during business hours, and apparently even after work too. 🤦

I'm genuinely curious which employer puts up with that. 😍
If the Republican Party actually took control—based on historical precedent—we’d essentially be acting as puppets for Axis powers, while losing out on California, large parts of Florida, and Ohio entirely. 🤣
Is Boeing a criminal conspiracy? in Close to Politics ·
By some twisted logic, one might call it a criminal endeavor—much like the firebombing of Dresden, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, or even Monte Cassino...
But according to the logic used by the victors of World War II, those weren't crimes. The people responsible for such "endeavors" were often decorated for them.
Is it actually possible to catch the real criminals? in Close to Politics ·

Regarding Ante Gotovina—we can all agree he isn't the one. Regardless, someone has to be held accountable. It’s delusional to think otherwise. Should the government perhaps issue a bounty? Maybe offer a cash reward for anyone who comes forward with information about those who committed crimes following Operation Storm. We don't have much money to spare, but there should be funds allocated for matters like this.

No one is being held responsible. It is impossible that the actual criminals aren't known.
Obviously, the indictment against Ante Gotovina was political. That is why he was the one targeted instead of others, but we cannot accept this. In my view, the focus should be on hunting down the true thugs and criminals.

Does it even matter when the verdict calls the whole storm a joint criminal enterprise? We all participated in the theft, the looting, and the violence 🙂 Barrett, at least according to the ruling. ☕
