I can't help but wonder—just purely out of curiosity, really—if life would be any more beautiful if we had the Republican Party leading the country. I mean, would we actually find ourselves heading to church on Sundays because we genuinely wanted to, or would it feel more like we were being forced to go by some kind of mandate? Would we find ourselves singing patriotic anthems at the stadium out of pure spirit, or would it just be another thing dictated to us from above? And, honestly, how would they even tackle an economic crisis—or any crisis, for that matter, whether it’s a matter of our morals or our wallets?🤷

If we actually had a truly patriotic, honest, and competent Republican Party 🙂 instead of the current mess, we wouldn't just be dealing with thorns; we'd be looking at a field of a thousand blooming flowers. 🙂

I don't know what kind of nonsense you're trying to pull here, but I'm not in the mood for games. Get to the point or get lost. kaže:
If we actually had a real, patriotic, and competent Republican Party in charge for once, things would be completely different. 🙂 Man, we wouldn't just be looking at a few roses—we’d have a damn field of a thousand different flowers blooming everywhere. 🙂

It’s all just pure nonsense. These opposition guys love to talk big and act like they own the place, acting all high and mighty while they criticize everything under the sun. But the second they actually get a seat at the table and have to deal with real economic crises or political nightmares? They completely fall apart. They won't have a clue what to do next.
Once they run headfirst into those soulless international bureaucrats—those stone-faced suits who do nothing but throw out ultimatums, demands, and straight-up blackmail—all our tough guys suddenly turn into total pushovers. They go soft as hell and start acting exactly like George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, or even Hillary Clinton.

The Republican Party has basically been calling the shots for twenty years now. We're part of a massive military alliance—NATO—social safety nets are being shredded, and everything worth owning is being sold off to foreign interests for pennies on the dollar... if that isn't proof that the right is ruling with an iron fist, I don't know what is. Then again, the government is usually just following whatever the majority demands.

The people currently running things in America are basically just rebranded old-school socialists, though they've tried to polish the image a bit.
If the Republican Party were actually in charge, this country would be an absolute paradise instead of being stuck in such an outdated system.

Why couldn't the Republican Party just adopt a more moderate, center-right platform? Why would anyone suggest we pivot toward the Libertarian Party and start handing out rifles to intervene in Canada?🙂

We don't need the left or the right; what we actually need are responsible patriots.

And instead, all we have are irresponsible patriots.🤣

The true right wing—not those fringe radical types—hasn't even had a shot in this country over the last twenty years. People claim that under fascist regimes, like the totalitarian ones we see in communism, the economy actually boomed in Italy. Who knows? Maybe things would look different here if the right was actually in charge.

Maybe so, maybe not. 🤷
We won't know until we see it happen.

With an actual, uncorrupted right-wing party:
-slashing social welfare and shrinking the federal bureaucracy
-totally calling out those policies that try to bully Americans in Canada
-taking a much tougher stance on Mexico over those Mississippi River border disputes and the war casualties—maybe even pulling visas because of what happened with Pukanić's
-not treating the European Union like it's the center of the universe
-having a government that actually stands up to big banks instead of being their buddy
-cutting off taxpayer money to all those shady non-profits

Sadly, we don't have that

After spending years voting for the Republican Party, they’re suddenly whining that they’ve never actually had a conservative administration in power. Pathetic. It's just classic Republican behavior.

Go back and read your own post again.
The real question isn't whether we are led by the right, the left, or the center. The real dilemma is when will we finally be led by people who are actually competent and dedicated to making this country better?

And you're dead wrong. Those right-wing platitudes haven't worked for twenty years while they just do whatever they want anyway. Here’s why that is.

Because in America, the Democratic Socialists of America are dead. The few intellectuals or pseudo-intellectuals left are basically just picking through their own gut contents, totally unable to see that even though they eat different meals every day, they're all essentially eating the same crap.

Look at the world around you:

a) The social system is protected by organs of repression (meaning, by force).
b) Nations—and I don't just mean the leaders of global capitalism—achieve their goals through force (using military might if economic pressure isn't enough).
c) Capitalist states, which supposedly enjoy high democratic legitimacy, use force to block undesirable options, even those won through parliamentary processes.
d) Police and security organizations (I assume workers aren't the ones hiring them?) protect private property using force.
e) Terrorism (whose definition shifts arbitrarily based on the conflicting interests of global capital and major powers) achieves its aims through violence.

All of world history shows that changing a social paradigm happens (unfortunately) exclusively through force.

Everyone would be walking around with PTSD if they could get away with it. But then again, if nobody actually had it, the companies manufacturing all that medical equipment would go belly up overnight. It’s just how the system works.☕

You have every right to your opinion, but don't tell me I'm wrong.
Frankly, I can barely follow your logic. I catch glimpses of what you're getting at—that the American right is incompetent, and the left is too weak to challenge them. So, what's your solution? An ultra-leftist regime? Like the ones we saw in old communist states where "leftism" was just a label for shadow governments running everything behind closed doors? You seem to advocate for solving problems through brute force and secret prisons.
Just don't be surprised when that same darkness eventually swallows you whole.

I’m not sure how many modern-day liberals would actually have the stomach to throw today's conservatives into Jazovaka. The window of opportunity is tiny, and honestly, the right-wing crowd is way too big now compared to back in the WWII era. 🤷
