Last time I checked in was a month ago with my primary care doc, and he basically told me it’s probably just because I sit at my desk all day and need to hit the gym. But honestly, I don't get why every single bone in my body aches this bad just from sitting around...
Look,
I'll tell you about a situation I know firsthand, but please, don't go jumping to the worst-case scenario immediately. Just try to get things checked out as soon as you can...
A friend of mine has a sister who had issues with her lower leg. It hurt for at least half a year, she did physical therapy and everything, but nothing worked and the pain just kept getting worse. Once she actually started freaking out, she went to see a specialist privately to really dig deep, and they found out she had a tumor 😢
But unfortunately, it had already metastasized... She passed away about a month and a half ago...
So, I'm just telling you this one case I know. For you, it could be something totally minor like a vitamin deficiency, or even—believe it or not—the exercise itself might be causing issues... Try finding a workout routine that fits your daily activity needs, but if that doesn't fix it, you seriously need to keep digging until you find the actual cause.
Good luck 😉
