Thomas Ross6 said:people helping out...
so I started the withdrawal process on DraftKings to get my cash sent straight to my bank account—without sending over any ID scans first—and they just hit me back with an email begging me to finish the identity verification. Here’s the list of stuff they want:

1. A valid government-issued photo ID, such as:
- Passport - Driver's License - State ID

2. Proof of payment method
- A photo of the front of the credit/debit card linked to the DraftKings account.
[They might ask for extra paperwork if you didn't use a card as your primary payment method.]

3. Proof of residence—any of the following:
- A utility bill
- A bank statement

[The proof of address can't be more than 3 months old and has to show your full name and address.]

Has anyone actually gone through this whole thing yet? Can someone break down point number 3 for me? Like, what exactly counts as a "utility bill"?
Just so we're clear, I haven't even deposited anything myself—they just gave me a bonus, I hit all the wagering requirements, and now I'm trying to grab the winnings.

Basically, they're looking for either a bank statement showing your name and address or some kind of bill (heating, phone, electricity, whatever...) from within the last 3 months. It's just their way of making sure you actually live where you say you do.

Do yourself a favor and Google the Martingale system—read up on what people actually say about progressive staking strategies. I’m still not entirely following your "+1" logic; if you're trying to always "break even," you basically have to double down every single time, which is what I assume you meant. Otherwise, you're just running some controlled progressive setup where you end up in the red regardless, even if your color finally hits after the first couple of rounds.

Nathan Reyes59 said:I'm posting this here since I couldn't find a specific thread for international sportsbooks:

DraftKings has this deal where if you deposit anything from $10 to $100, they give you a 100% match bonus. I was digging through the fine print—the terms and conditions—and it looks like you just need to place at least three bets with minimum odds of 1.50 before you can withdraw any cash from your account (if I’m reading the translation right, it means the total slip odds have to be at least 1.50, not necessarily every single individual leg). So, I don't get how they didn't close the loophole in this scenario:

-I drop $100, get the bonus, and suddenly my account shows $200; I play out three slips, betting $10 on each with 2.00 odds... basically, I followed their rules by hitting that 1.50 threshold per slip. Regardless of whether I win or lose all three, in the absolute worst-case scenario, I'm still sitting on $170. Since the rule says I can withdraw after those three bets, I just grab the $170 and walk away—effectively pocketing a $70 profit without even breaking a sweat.

Has anyone actually signed up for DraftKings lately? Are you guys more clued in on how their bonus rules actually work?

The topic for this is right here

In this case, man, you totally misread the T&C. You actually have to wager the deposit plus the bonus amount three times over. So, looking at your specific example, you'd need to "roll over" $600 in total bets before you could touch that bonus money. That's standard procedure—pretty much every online sportsbook uses some variation of that rule to keep people from gaming the system.

Andrew Rogers6 said:Anyone have the lowdown on BET3000? Is it any good?

EDIT: They’re tossing out a 5 dollar bonus, but it’s not even available to US citizens.😁

Complete garbage. Honestly, if you deposit anything there, the real question is whether you'll ever actually see your money again. Yeah, they give everyone a 5 bucks bonus, but withdrawals only go to a bank account. If you're trying to use Moneybookers, you have to do everything manually—basically sending funds like you're paying some random guy privately.😁

crimsondriver17 said:Hey everyone! Got a question here that might be useful for a few of us.
I see that Bet at Home is running a 100% deposit bonus right now. So, if I drop $100 in and get an extra $100 on top... can I just pull my original $100 back out and just play with the bonus money, or is there some other catch to the logic?

Nah, you can't do that—you have to "roll over" the full amount of both the bonus and your deposit a certain number of times at a specific minimum odds. Usually, it’s something like 4-6x wagering with minimum odds around 1.5, 1.6, or even 2+. Just go read the T&Cs before you get your hopes up.

George Sullivan13 said:Man 😕, I hear you—but right now I’m strictly sticking to Bet-at-home, and they haven't asked me for a single thing regarding
withdrawals. Usually, the cash hits my account within a couple of days, and honestly, when I signed up, they didn't even ask for ID to open the profile. The only annoying part is that the minimum payout is $100, which is why I was thinking about testing out some other sites to play on.
Do you happen to know which other sportsbooks demand documentation during deposits or withdrawals?
thanks in advance! 👍

Bwin, basically all the big names (Bet365, William Hill, StanJames, BlueSQ, Paddy Power, Ladbrokes...), Interwetten, Expekt, Sportingbet....

George Sullivan13 said:why on earth would you think you have to copy an ID??? I mean, you literally have to send them a scan of the document—are they actually insane?

Look, that’s just standard operating procedure everywhere in the world.
Best offshore sportsbooks for online betting? in Betting Forum ·
Look, that’s all laid out in the fine print—you agreed to those terms before you even touched the bonus. It’s standard practice to stop people from just grabbing the freebies and immediately hitting the withdrawal button. Honestly? I think it’s a pretty logical move on their end; if anything, they’re being decent compared to some of the insane rules you run into elsewhere 🤷

As for that progression strategy... I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole, especially since you've already got enough bankroll to cover three steps. Just keep placing your bets normally until you clear the wagering requirements. It’s really not that big of a deal, trust me.

Gary White2 said:Well, I already have. 😁 Put $100 on Mirko. So, does that mean I can actually pull my deposit and winnings out if I win?

I'll probably just sign up when there's an actual fight worth watching.

You aren't getting any withdrawals until you hit those bonus requirements. You can only cash out once you've finished the entire rollover. Just go read the T&C.

They aren't going to throw you in jail over a $500 win 🤣 It’s more likely they think you opened a second account, or maybe you logged into your FanDuel account at some coffee shop and your IP address overlapped with someone else—suddenly they’re flagging you for multi-accounting... especially if you were playing around with a bonus.

Three hours is nothing when you're dealing with customer service (especially via email), honestly. I'm pretty sure everything will clear up if you didn't actually do anything wrong; FanDuel is actually one of the more "fair" books out there.

Bryan Adams6 said:I haven't logged into that site in years, so I finally reached out to have them send me a new password. When I did, they basically gave me this vague runaround about how they're shifting their whole focus toward "casino and games." They even hinted that in certain regions, the sportsbook might not even be available anymore... and apparently, we’re right on that list here in the States. Just my luck, honestly. 🤷

Alright, so I dug up this post of mine from a few months back—three months, to be exact—on some other forum, and figured I’d just drop it here for you guys.

It’s official now—Betway is officially purging their winners list. A ton of people are being cut off from the DraftKings sportsbook entirely—they're just redirecting everyone straight to the Las Vegas floor instead. And word on the street is that over the next couple of weeks, they're planning to block pretty much every country outside of the European Union and Switzerland. The fallout should look something like this:

European Union
European Union
European Union
European Union
European Union
The European Union
European Union
European Union
European Union
European Union
European Union
European Union
European Union
European Union
Slovakia
European Union
Switzerland

It was back on November 17, 2010. I actually had a bit more cash sitting in my account with them back then—though, honestly, I mostly kept a small amount there because their odds were killer and they offered much better margins on hockey goals. The limit was only about $30, but hey, that’s plenty if you're looking to squeeze a few hundred bucks out of them every once in a while. Anyway, they paid me out within two days. As far as I can tell, I don't see any issues with getting my money out from these guys.

Bryan Adams6 said:Just a heads-up—might be useful for some of you—Betway won't be available in America much longer. If you've got funds sitting there, maybe pull them out now just to avoid any potential headaches down the road...

Honestly, Betway hasn't even been accessible to me for nearly a year now. It’s not like I was missing out on massive action—I wasn't exactly chasing $5 to $30 limits—but once they started cutting off users from certain countries, I was out. Even when they blocked my account, I had zero issues withdrawing my cash without a fight.
They aren't some fly-by-night operation that's going to ghost you with your money; their limits are just pathetic. From what I can see, they've paid out everyone every single time so far, so there's really no reason to lose sleep over it.

Timothy Taylor9 said:Hey everyone,
Does anyone know if you can still snag a bonus at an online sportsbook if you've already signed up, but haven't actually deposited any cash or placed a bet yet?
Thanks

Yeah, you're good to go.

Steven Myers7 said:How do I delete my DraftKings account?

I honestly don't see an option for it anywhere.

DraftKings provides the facility to allow a customer to self-exclude themselves from their account(s) for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years.

Once this change has been made to an account for a set period, it will not be possible for the account to be re-opened for any reason until after the set period has expired.

During the period of opt-out DraftKings will do all it can to prevent new accounts being opened.

An account that is simply ‘closed’ can be re-opened by the customer at any time.

If you wish to use this facility or would like further information on this, please Contact Us and Our highly trained customer service advisors will be pleased to assist you.

Look for the "opt-out" option for 5 years—once you do that, you'll pretty much forget you ever even had a DraftKings account, and that's that. Though, I don't really get why you'd bother closing the whole thing... just pull your cash out and stop depositing. 🤷

Jesse White said:aha thanks man—by the way, does Bet365 have something similar to what DraftKings has, like a dedicated section where you can actually track your slips and see how they're performing?

Yeah, it exists, though the layout is a bit different. You just head up to the menu, hit "History," and then you can filter by whatever—open bets, settled ones, you name it—plus you can pick a date range (like today or a specific window) and it’ll pull everything up for you (goes back about six months).

The best part is at the bottom, it shows you your actual ROI—basically how much you've put in versus what you've pulled out. 😉

Jesse White said:So, I just opened an account over at FanDuel, tossed $25 into the pot, and boom—immediately got a $25 bonus credited to my balance. I moved the funds using Skrill, and now I'm sitting here wondering if I should expect some official letter from FanDuel in the mail with a verification code to confirm everything, or if that's even how this works. Honestly, I’m pretty lost on the whole process... could someone break this down for me?

Hit a 5.00 underdog treble—man, what a rush.
Stake: $5.00
Potential Payout: $7.60

So, if you put down $5 and you're looking at a total payout of $7.60—what's the actual damage? Am I getting my original $5 back on top of that $7.60, or am I just walking away with a $2.60 profit? Help a guy out here.

Sorry if I'm a little lost here—this is my first time around. 🙂

Look, you probably aren't going to see any kind of letter showing up from FanDuel—especially if they haven't hit you up for some kind of verification process yet. And even if they did, they wouldn't be sending mail; they’d be asking for a scan of your driver's license or a utility bill or something like that. They don't just send stuff through the post for no reason.

Look, when it says "potential winnings," it’s telling you exactly what it says—it's the net profit. They already factored out your initial stake from the total payout, so we're talking pure, unadulterated profit here.

Mark Bishop3 said:Anyone here actually placing bets with Dime, BetMGM, BetOnline, or anything like that? Is it even doable to bet through them—like, what's the actual process? And does anyone know if there are commissions involved? I'm specifically asking about MT.

Look, none of those big-name online books—aside from our "local" favorites like DraftKings and FanDuel—offer MT. As for how you go about the whole thing, just use the search bar; this stuff has been laid out clearly more times than I can count.

Look, if you scroll down a bit, you'll see "SPORTSBOOK ASSISTANCE"—just hit up "Send Complaint Now" and lay out the whole situation. Honestly, they’re usually your best bet for getting things sorted quickly and easily (assuming you’ve already tried talking to BetMGM directly to explain what happened)... Since you only placed a handful of bets, there's a chance BetMGM tagged you as some kind of "bonus hunter," which might be why they're giving you such a hard time. But hey, if anyone can actually fix this to your satisfaction, it’s SBR. Just make sure you send the complaint in English, obviously. 😉

dustybison25 said:Hey, I’ve got a bit of a situation with BetOnline and I'm stuck in a loop of indecision. Here's the deal—I'm worried about depositing because of how I've handled my accounts. Basically, I used the same computer to set up an affiliate account, and then used that same machine to log into my regular betting account. Now, I’ve gone ahead and opened a whole new account under my sister's name using that same PC. I'm seriously debating whether I should actually put money into this new account or if I'm just setting myself up for a massive headache when it comes time to withdraw. To make things more complicated, I already sent in a request to have those two old accounts wiped from the system, and they're gone now... so all I have left is this new one. Can anyone help me out? Is there going to be some kind of red flag waiting for me when I try to cash out?

Look, if those old accounts were actually deleted and deactivated properly, you shouldn't run into any issues.😉>

Yeah, you won't have problems with BetMGM either—but honestly? DraftKings is easily one of the absolute worst books I've ever dealt with. Just wait and see...
