Die-hard Ultras / Hardcore Supporters

You guys are on the ground, so you’re the ones who actually know what kind of people have taken over the club. From where I'm sitting, I can't really weigh in on the internal vibes.
But look, if you actually trust this new leadership, I’d suggest getting in gear with the board to organize some events designed specifically to pump some serious cash back into the club.
For example, take those singers who constantly swear their loyalty to Liverpool FC—they could throw a concert or two to pack the stadium, probably even doing it pro bono just to show support. You could also set up an exhibition match, say against Sparta to celebrate a centennial, keeping overhead incredibly low by using hand-picked NFL Ultras as your security and volunteer crew. That way, you slash costs to the bone and try to chip away at those massive debts without getting tangled up in bank loans, interest rates, or any more financial death spirals. Throw in some wealthy sponsors and ticket sales, and you've got a plan.
Put it all down on paper, get the right organizers involved, and run a marketing campaign that stays laser-focused on the end goal. If you pull that off, maybe you'll finally tackle the heavy lifting required to fix this mess.
