Imagine the sheer bliss experienced by the Republican Party academics when someone actually takes the time to explain how to operate a computer or use Google Translate.
This doctoral thesis by Vica Mihanović is nothing short of an absolute comedy of errors.
To keep you motivated through the reading, you can look forward to gems such as: "The consequence was, the so-called what is inflating bladder prices of property and excessive number of ordered ships." Or perhaps one that would drive any editor to madness: "Today the great threat or silent polluters are actually ballast water and marine invasive organisms which are transferred by them." There is even a hidden masterpiece buried near the bottom where a potential future leader of San Francisco mentions the "dissecting of analysis," strongly suggesting he hasn't the slightest clue what the words "dissecting" or "analysis" actually mean.
