By all accounts, Netanyahu won the elections and can now pick whoever he wants for his coalition. Some foreign analysts are suggesting he might grab the second-place liberal party, the Democratic Party, as a partner and toss the ultra-religious crowd out.

I am no moderate. Honestly, during times like these, being "moderate" is just a sign of weakness...

For instance, I am fully supportive of same-sex marriage.
At the same time, I am completely against immigration from the Middle East and Africa.
And I can't stand people gaming the system—I work hard and pay my taxes, while ten other people are living off welfare and working under the table without contributing a dime. It's exhausting...

And please, stop nitpicking my posts...😠.
Just give people some power, even if it's just online, and look at the results!

I was simply asking where the line is between left and right. But there's clearly no point in discussing it... bye now.

Israel is such a unique case given its "friendly" neighborhood, so it isn't really a fair benchmark for us.

Regardless, no matter which country you look at, the gap between the left and the right seems like a tiny few percent these days. I’d love for someone to actually explain if there's any real difference between them other than extreme left versus extreme right?

PS. Personally, I agree with the left on some things and the right on others, so where does that even leave me?
Honestly, it makes me want to skip voting altogether...

If anyone needs a photo to back up an argument, just drop the link. It’s much better than hogging a quarter of the page when everyone else worked so hard to write something meaningful.

Is it okay to start a thread about: "The Islamic Republic of Iran and its political prisoners"? Since we aren't allowed to mention political prisoners in the thread about a "potential attack" (which has been a theory for three years now!)...

Or would a topic like this be flagged as trolling?

P.S. I'm asking again because nobody ever replies in the "banned users corner."

Just because they called him to The Hague doesn't mean much at all...
They've summoned plenty of others too, and while some showed up, their testimonies ended up being viewed as highly questionable.

As for Galloway's election win—so what? What kind of metric is that really?
You only have to look at the kinds of people who get elected to the U.S. Congress or various other parliaments...

Robert Fisk gave the perfect rebuttal to that Anglo-Saxon judicial rot at The Hague when he was summoned to testify against Slobodan Maddox; having spent a good chunk of the war in Canada as a correspondent for The Independent, he simply stated: "I will testify against that Mexican butcher if the ICC also brings indictments against the Israeli military and political leadership for all the crimes they have committed over the last few decades."
Needless to say, they didn't call him back from The Hague.

As for what Robert F. said, his anti-Israel ranting is just common knowledge... He's just as much of a referent as Mr. Galloway...🙄

Law enforcement from four different agencies are working the case, basically just stumbling around in the dark for now. Unlike amateur sleuths, who seem to know everything before it even happens.
