Let’s be honest here... the real motive is always some kind of personal grudge disguised as "you have no idea what's happening behind the scenes." If it were anything else, the reaction wouldn't be this extreme. But fine, whatever.

Calling a simple agreement to take a break "subversive" or "sabotage"? Claiming we are actually causing harm? Seriously? Is this really how an adult writes? 😁
Nobody is asking to promote other forums, though people naturally do mention them. And then those posts get deleted.

I should probably remind everyone that someone here didn't hesitate to call another member a fascist. Just take a look at the types of posts being scrubbed and think about that for a second.

The way you treat the rest of us forum members is pathetic and frankly shameful.
I've had enough. I've said my piece.

The tension surrounding that PDF was brought here by the two of you; we didn't create it.
We have every right to agree on taking some time away. If you feel our tone is being awkward 🙄 then by all means, you be the one to write down where we were and why we left. There is nothing wrong with notifying the rest of the forum members.

Your sense of cooperation is truly abysmal.

Can someone please walk me through the logic here:
- if we are using an off-topic thread to coordinate a temporary break from the Forum, which specific rule are we supposedly violating that justifies deleting our posts?
And why is it against the rules to tell others where we're headed? Is that actually the official policy of this site?

I am asking for someone to finally put a stop to the absolute meltdown rustydrifter10 is having over in the Tourism off-topic thread. The way they are going on about deleting posts is completely unhinged.

And honestly, thanks a lot for turning one perfectly calm thread into a total disaster. You guys are doing a stellar job. 👍
Mandatory pension funds: What are your thoughts? in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
vivideagle91 said:You don't have to! Who gives a damn about you? 🤣 Besides, who actually asked for your input? If you actually bothered to read, I asked, "Should I switch or not?" If you can't answer a direct question and instead decide to jump in just to act like you're smarter than everyone else—cluttering up this thread and the entire internet in the process—then why are you even here?

I find it genuinely surprising that anyone would even bother responding to you after a performance like that. 😕
Which bank should I choose for a new account? in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·

There are plenty of corporations out there that simply won't let you choose where your paycheck lands. We're talking about major players, some with thousands of employees on the payroll. It's as if they think they can just ignore the labor laws in this country altogether.

So, she’s weighing Hypo against Bank of America? Honestly, that's a bit of an odd comparison to make. It really depends on what she's actually looking for in a bank.

First off, we really need to take a hard look at all the various service fees. From what I understand, the charges over at Chase are quite convincingly the highest among all the major banks.
Take online banking, for example. At Royal Bank of Canada, it’s completely free. Meanwhile, if you're looking at Chase, they try to charge you for some sort of monthly service package just to access your own money. I've been banking with Royal Bank of Canada for several years now, and honestly, I haven't had a single bad experience with them so far.
I rarely find myself standing in line at a branch anymore. Honestly, I handle almost everything through online banking now.

I’m casting my vote for Royal Bank of Canada.

That thing you see appearing under everyone's posts is called a signature. You can customize it within your account settings under 'Options.' (For instance, mine just shows a small line of text that says, "I always say...")

Why not just go with something incredibly straightforward? Just drop a link to your own site right in your signature.
If you actually care about driving up your traffic numbers, you really ought to be seizing every single opportunity available to you.

Anyone can peddle pixels if they try hard enough.

If you actually want to see someone selling total car destruction:

And they even throw in those wrecked parts just for decoration.

That’s the kind of operation I can actually respect.😁

I felt the same way about the movie—it was alright, though I honestly expected it to hit a bit harder. At times, the acting from that young sniper was 🙄, not to mention some of those inevitable, clichéd lapses in logic.
Still, all things considered, it was decent enough to keep me watching just to see how it would wrap up, specifically to find out who ends up taking out whom.
