Best vitamins for breastfeeding moms? in Women's Health ·
I’m still sticking with my Prenatal regimen, though I’ve started supplementing it with some specialized nursing teas and juices from Hipp—they really seem to pack in everything essential for both mom and baby.

In my experience, there's zero reason to wait until morning...

I actually took one two days before my period started once, and it was already positive.

...Precisely; you can run a test at any hour of the day, and I’ve personally done them late in the evening with perfectly reliable results!

Look, I personally went with Clearblue; it runs a bit more expensive, maybe around $30, I can't recall the exact figure, but it is hands down the most reliable option out there. As for the panic, I completely understand why you're feeling such intense anxiety and convinced yourself that you aren't ready for this yet, but believe me when I say that from the very moment you realize a new life is growing inside you, everything shifts and those maternal instincts just kick in—we are all ready for this, trust me.

My last period was on October 17th, and I have this sinking feeling that I might be pregnant, a sensation I can't quite shake...
I am certainly not ready for motherhood; my boyfriend and I used a condom, though there is always the possibility it failed...
What should my next steps be? Am I pregnant? Please help me...

Look, you're only seven days late, so there's no need to spiral into a full-blown panic just yet. Just hold steady for a little longer, and if your cycle still hasn't started, head straight to a doctor! They can give you a definitive answer on whether you're pregnant or not—or just go grab a home test!
