I’ve decided I’m just going to wait until tomorrow morning—and if I don't have an answer by then, I'm calling it quits and moving on. Honestly, I've been dealing with this nagging, lightheadedness all day long and I haven't the slightest clue what's going on with me.😢 To make matters worse, I actually have to head into downtown to take care of some business, and I keep finding myself taking these massive, deep breaths like I can somehow just exhale this dizziness away! 🤣
With tomorrow creeping closer, I’m becoming more and more convinced that the witch is actually going to show up! There hasn't been even a hint of her so far, but honestly? I've got a feeling about this one. I'm just a total freak of nature like that!
So, I’m heading out tomorrow to grab a pregnancy test since everything is going to be closed this Sunday, and I really want to take it first thing Monday morning. Does anyone have any actual advice on which brand I should pick up? Which one is actually reliable if I'm looking at day 28 of my cycle by Monday—assuming, of course, that my period hasn't already shown up by then. 😢
rapidrider3, I feel for you. Honestly, though? There’s no way I’m touching any of that stuff—I'm just too sketched out by the whole thing. Maybe I’m just being a little neurotic because of all this waiting, but my stomach has been doing knots all afternoon...
Thanks for the advice, really, but it’s honestly not quite at that "unbearable" level yet—and besides, I just had a massive meal and washed it down with a glass of soda, which made everything feel a whole lot better. Much, much easier. 😁
Nicholas Taylor50 said:Don't take anything. I took Tylenol before I realized I was pregnant, ended up having a miscarriage, and honestly wanted to give up on everything after. You never know what could cause damage. Just take my advice. Ask a professional instead. Fingers crossed for you—let us know if you get that positive test!

So, my husband just dropped off some Tylenol from the drugstore, but when I looked at the fine print, it says pregnant women shouldn't take it. Honestly? I don't care. I can handle the pain. If it's for the sake of a (hopefully) future baby, I'll deal with whatever. 🙂

Thanks, but honestly? My head is still absolutely pounding, so that’s pretty much my entire world right now. And since I have no clue if I can even take any over-the-counter meds without making things worse, I'm just... sufferiiiiing! 😳
My back is killing me, my chest feels tight too, I’ve got these sharp pains stabbing at my stomach, and my head has been throbbing since last night. I haven't even touched a Tylenol yet—I don't want to risk messing with anything. I'm running to the bathroom constantly, though honestly, that could just be the nerves and the sheer anticipation driving me crazy. My mood is all over the place—it's like being on a literal rollercoaster. Maybe it's just PMS, but for the first time in fifteen years of this monthly curse, my stomach isn't bloated like a balloon. 🙂 I really want to go grab a pregnancy test today, but I’m terrified that if I actually see one sitting there in front of me, I’ll cave and take it before the sixteen days are up. 😁
I’m still holding onto hope, though. 😍

Well, count me in because I'm new here too! Honestly, I'm right there with you—just hoping for the best! I've got my fingers crossed for a positive result. Are you feeling any symptoms yet?
Thanks, but I’m going to wait until I actually have to pee before I take the test! Honestly, I have no idea how I’m even going to pull this off—it's going to be a struggle—but I'm giving it my best shot.
Looks like I’m the last one left here—clearly, there aren't many of us just sitting around waiting for the clock to run out before we finally bite the bullet and buy a test. 🙂
I was actually tempted to go grab one of those early detection tests—you know, the ones that claim they can spot a plus or minus sooner than others—but I held myself back. I'm sticking to the date, March 16th, unless I somehow find out earlier, because honestly? I still have no clue if this is actual news or if it's just my PMS acting up again. I am beyond frustrated right now—just completely on edge. My husband has been trying to play peacemaker, keeping me calm and making sure I don't have to lift a finger, just "to be safe," as he puts it. He’s basically handling everything—doing the dishes, running the laundry... today, I pretty much just managed to whip up some soup. 🤣 Writing this all out is the only way I can keep from losing my mind. Anyway, the symptoms haven't budged. The only thing is my breasts—they are incredibly sore and, oh my god, HUGE. It feels like an eternity until the 16th.
Amanda Howard said:I think you can hold out hope 🙂—you’ve got all the textbook symptoms, though—unfortunately, those can just be psychosomatic when you're this desperate for a baby. Just wait until the 16th and take a test. Wishing you a big

Thanks so much! I'm really praying for that positive 🙂 too
Hey everyone!
Just another worried mom checking in here—and honestly, I’m begging all you experienced ladies for some advice because I can’t even bring myself to ask my own mother. She’ll absolutely lose her mind thinking she’s about to become a grandmother and just spiral from pure joy! 🙂
So, my husband and I were together during my most fertile window—I track everything religiously, and since my cycle is a perfect 28 days, this was day 14—and he finished inside. Since then, over the last few days, things have been... intense. My lower back is aching like crazy, my breasts are so sensitive that even looking at them hurts, let alone touching them. I feel like I’m running to the bathroom every five minutes, and by the evening, the nausea hits—though I somehow manage to hold it down. And this morning? The smell of bacon wafting from somewhere was so overwhelming I actually got out of bed and opened the window just to see if a neighbor was grilling! My mood is a total rollercoaster right now; one minute I’m sobbing, the next I’m laughing.
I’m not even sure if this belongs in this specific thread, but I’m so high-strung I don't know what else to do. We want this baby so badly, but God, am I being too optimistic? Am I setting myself up for massive disappointment? Could all of this actually mean I'm pregnant? My period isn't due until March 16th, so I know there's still a wait, but is it okay to hope? I'm terrified these aren't just PMS symptoms, because while I've dealt with PMS for fifteen years now—ever since I started my period at ten—my back has *never* hurt this much before.
Please, I need some insight! Based on everything I've said, is it reasonable to start hoping?
Thanks in advance.
