I honestly lost count of how many I've binged! I’ve pretty much devoured everything that wasn't sci-fi! 😬 Okay, maybe not literally *everything*, but definitely all the stuff worth watching!
Misty, I am so incredibly sorry. 😲 I know it’s almost impossible to process everything right now, but please try to keep an eye on your own health too. Especially considering your family history. You know how things can be—sometimes environmental factors in a home can play a role, so if you were living under the same roof, please think about what you can do for your own well-being. My heart just breaks for you. Losing one person is devastating enough, but losing two in such a short span to such a brutal disease... I honestly don't even have the words.
Bob, if things have reached this point, and I know how much it hurts to face this reality, it’s better for him to be at home, surrounded by care and love, rather than in a hospital. In a clinical setting, he’d just be alone, no matter how many doctors or nurses are hovering nearby. I know how heavy this is for you, but please stay strong. Just give him all the pure love you can; you don't even need to say anything, he will feel it. Hang in there. I’m thinking of you and sending you so much strength! Your strength is what will help him keep fighting!
Wait, does anyone actually do that during cyber sex? 🤣 That’s just too much! 😂
Sex and math? Sure, I guess. But if you mess up a multiplication—or heaven forbid, try to add two numbers while we're virtually hooking up—I'm out. I have standards. Though, I might be a little more lenient with grammar mistakes...

A shot is the exact same thing as a strike. You're talking nonsense.
Hey everyone! First off, I just want to send so much strength and courage to all of you and your families. I haven't caught up on all the posts in this thread yet, but I wanted to share something that I found incredibly helpful—something that wasn't really brought to my attention until much later.
Basically, people fighting cancer often struggle to eat much and deal with a lot of nausea for all kinds of reasons. One thing that can really help is using a nutritional supplement called FRESUBIN. You can get it with a prescription, and it comes in those little 0.2L cartons that look a bit like milk. I believe it costs about $5.00 per unit if you're looking for it without a prescription. Usually, you have to order it ahead of time, but the staff at the pharmacy near downtown is super helpful.
The main goal is to make sure the patient doesn't lose too much weight and manages to keep some energy up, no matter how tough things get. This stuff is nutritionally balanced and really easy to consume. Just a heads-up though: don't leave it sitting out open for too long because it spoils quickly, so be careful.
Nobody ever mentioned this to me; I actually stumbled upon it by accident while searching online. That’s why I felt the need to share it with everyone—maybe it’s already been discussed here, or maybe not. I’m rooting for you all and wishing you so much luck and strength to push through. Sending you guys so much love.
Chris Lopez59 said:It feels like there are way too many "personal reasons" going on here. We’re starving for a solid striker, yet Cervar won't call one up. Kelentrić is an incredible keeper, but he's being totally overlooked in favor of Somić, who isn't even playing at his best lately. Then there's Cupic, who only got the call-up by pure coincidence. Buntić would finally get his shot if only the club decided to hike their prices. It’s just too much politics, and it’s obvious that Bartol Kaleb and Kavran are pulling the strings behind the scenes. Cervar plays the part of the perfect politician, doing exactly what they want him to do.
Hey, don't go insulting Life. 😠 Have you even watched a single LA Galaxy game this season? Clearly not, because if you had, you'd see what a complete maniac he actually is.
As for Buntić, I'm not a fan at all—all he has is a decent strike. But honestly, everything is a mess right now. I don't get why they didn't call up the backup right back again. Poor broom. I already warned everyone that we're going to end up having to play both our right winger and our right back in those positions.
Angela Wright said:😲That sounds absolutely brutal.😢 Where on earth did you hear that? Maybe🤔 it just has to do with the fact that the clinical trials aren't totally wrapped up yet. Everyone who "gets" the drug is part of the test group, and for the results to actually be valid, patients can't have undergone other treatments beforehand—otherwise, they won't know what actually worked. Just my two cents, I'm honestly just guessing here.🤷
I'll send you a private message. ....
Look at this, my dear Angela, can you believe this? 😢
Angela Wright said:They’re being kept, though I have no idea for how long. We actually managed to get our hands on my mom's samples through some "inside connections," since we used to send them over to the States for a relative of hers—he's a well-known neurologist—to take a look. I’m assuming they’re most likely using stereotactic methods (where they make a tiny little hole in the skull) to pull a small tissue sample, almost like they're working on a PhD thesis.
I just got an answer back, and apparently, people who have already undergone surgery and therapy aren't eligible because they claim a sample is supposedly taken during the actual operation??? That sounds absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!!! Hey Elizabeth Gonzalez55 and Amy Hayes28, were you guys offered this even though you had surgeries and treatments beforehand?
mellowseal27 said:And you wouldn't even offer me one, would you? You'd probably just post a picture on Instagram to rub it in. 🥳 Total jerk. 🤣
Of course I wouldn't. Look, you're my friend and all, but a KitKat is still a KitKat. 🤷 If you want, I can send you a photo so you can suffer in peace. I actually have one left. Somehow, I managed to hold myself back from inhaling all three at once.
Amy Hayes28 said:My dad was actually offered this brand-new vaccine that just finished its trials. We didn't catch the specific name since we decided against it at the time.🤷 It would have cost about $1,100 a week. While searching online, I came across DCVax(R) immunotherapy. It’s one of the latest breakthroughs on the market and can potentially triple life expectancy, all while having fewer side effects than your typical chemo! This might be the only real option worth looking into, given how cutting-edge it is for brain tumor treatment.
Thanks! I've already sent out some emails because I want to know if this can be used after completing the standard routine—surgery, radiation, and Temozolomide. Does anyone know if major US medical centers keep patient tumor tissue samples on file? Since this therapy requires a sample, I'm wondering where they'd get it if her tumor has already been surgically removed. Also, how long does the treatment usually last?
Honestly, I don't think any of this actually works. My friend gave it a shot, but all it did was make her obsess over smoking even more—it basically just ramped up her cravings
Look, just accept it: Balić is out. This isn't some minor tweak he’ll bounce back from in five days when he's been struggling with it for months. Their right wing position is a massive hole right now. Are they really going to plug it with a right-hander? 🤣 What a complete joke that would be. I'm not worried about the goalies—we're fine there—but seriously, what is going on with the center back position? I have this gut feeling about Duvnjak, I can't quite put my finger on it, but he just seems to be the answer to everything. Who knows?
I'm not sure if anyone has brought up those hemorrhoid tablets yet "Detralex? Anyway, they are honestly fantastic, and people who have tried them swear by them. The dosage is usually 2 doses of 3 tablets for 4 days, then 2 doses of 2 tablets for 3 days. For me, once I finished the course, all my issues just vanished. They cost about $32 and you don't need a formal prescription—a doctor's recommendation or a simple over-the-counter suggestion is plenty enough.
Just wanted to give you all the official update: I finally tracked down some white KitKat! After months of hunting them down, the quest has finally paid off. All I can say is... yum! (I ended up grabbing 3 😬)
