Handball Euro: USA vs. France 24:23 🔥🔥 in Other Sports ·
Tanya, stop stirring the pot. Aren't you tired of constantly trying to get people worked up?
I’m seriously going to have an ulcer watching games like this 😠

Let’s goooooooo 👋
Handball Euro Finals: America vs. Denmark 20:24 in Other Sports ·
Honestly, now that we’ve pulled this off, we're on a straight shot to the championship... Everything is going to feel effortless after tomorrow. I loved what Lacov said when he was asked who he'd rather avoid in the finals: "The Germans, hands down. First, because of the Olympics, and second, just because our style plays right into their weaknesses. But if it's the Danes, we're going to absolutely tear them apart." 🤣🤣

For us, chocolate is basically the same thing as cars, beer, or football is for everyone else. Roughly speaking.
The defense was absolutely incredible... We just let their backcourt get too much space and gave Abalou way too much room to breathe, but otherwise, we looked great. Most importantly, Peter is finally back in the game. If we keep playing this aggressively and don't let Omeyer break us down, it's our game to lose.

Dana Peterson39 said:They might lose, but there aren't any more setbacks left that could overshadow the grind it took to get them to the semifinals. Success feels inevitable at this point, and a medal is right there for the taking—the kind of hardware that completes the collection. If they pull off the gold, this squad will go down alongside the legendary '90s US teams and cement themselves as an absolute global dynasty.

I'm with you. Honestly, just getting this far and seeing how they fought to reach this stage is a massive win in itself. They’ve got all the motivation in the world, but I have to be real: we aren't quite playing at the same level as the Americans right now. We’d need to play a flawless game to take them down. Still, I’ve got a good feeling about this. Lacković has finally found his rhythm, and if Pero catches fire today, nobody can stop us. The only catch is that it's a tall order for Pero to find that zone. I keep thinking back to those games where he'd just hammer six straight shots from the free-throw line right into the top corner. 🙏🙏 That was peak Pero.
Bryan Nelson352 said:I just hope they don't start playing sloppy defense again... and we should probably have young Horvat starting on the right wing. If the 3-2-1 formation works perfectly and stays deep, we're golden. Narcis and Fernandez haven't played this well for their French clubs as they are during this tournament; I've watched all their games and their perimeter shooting has been absolutely insane lately. Karabatic is predictably elite, Abalo is decent but tends to overcompensate by jumping out of position too much, and Girault is just an okay winger...

I totally disagree! Alilović usually finds his rhythm later in the game, but he's a liability early on. And what's wrong with Čupić? The kid is way better than Horvat.
A complete blowout. Honestly, we don't stand a chance unless some absolute miracle happens. To top it all off, the Danes and the French will be fighting for first place, while we’re stuck battling the Germans for third. As far as I'm concerned, this loss was a foregone conclusion. We have been completely directionless throughout this tournament—there's just zero strategy. We’ve got nothing left to search for here.

placidmaker112 said:Personally, I think the Frenchies are the favorites right out of the gate—they’re just ruthless and can snatch a win from anyone. As for Germany versus Denmark, I'm not totally sure, but I caught the French playing on ESPN and they look incredibly strong with a really disciplined system. Now the real question is how much more punishment our guys can take before they fold! The Germans are slight favorites because they've got that one guy who steps up to the 12-meter line with a cannon for an arm and...

Man, what are you even talking about? Your logic is completely backward... stop looking at the betting odds, you sound like a total internet troll 🤣...here's the reality: Germany is going to get absolutely crushed by the Danes. Denmark is on fire right now and their roster is stacked. As for us, we'll leave everything on the court against France if we have to, mostly because we owe them one...

Anyway, stop posting nonsense!😁

If we can just hold the line on defense, tighten up the offense a bit, and stop throwing away 15 possessions, we’ll be alright.🙂

That's an understatement. 🙂

neonharbor18 said:It’s just that typical, broken mentality we have. After the game against Denmark, the headlines are all "total disaster," "misery," "what a disgrace," "terrible coach," "pathetic players," and so on. Then, one day after playing Mexico, suddenly it's "phenomenal performance," "amazing players," "the perfect national team," and by tomorrow, they're calling them HEROES in every newspaper. But if they happen to lose to France by 10+ points, the headlines will switch back to "scum" and "traitors" instantly. 🙂Our media outlets are honestly pathetic; their only real purpose seems to be stirring up unnecessary drama.☕

Maybe for some people, winning against Mexico or that nail-biter against Norway counts as phenomenal play and a great result. It doesn't for me. We didn't play any better or worse today or yesterday than we did against Denmark. What's crystal clear is that Denmark is clearly a class or two above both Mexico and Norway—something they proved over these three games in our group. If you're saying American journalists love to exaggerate things, I'll sign off on that right now.

John Gray84 said:our wings are totally out of sync

It’s not even like our guys are actually trying to play through the wings. Even when we have the man advantage, they just stubbornly force it down the line or try to muscle it through the middle. They're just so "creative" on offense.

We’re going to have a massive uphill battle against France if we keep playing like this. I’m definitely not feeling optimistic about our chances.

Morgan Stewart50 said:Hello to my wonderful friends from the Midwest!
I have to be honest with you all—getting tips on hairstyles, makeup, or manicures from people living around Washington, D.C. or other parts of the country doesn't do much for me, mostly because there is absolutely no chance I’ll be heading over there to book an appointment! That is why I "brilliantly" decided 😉 to start this whole discussion right here on the forum. I am truly dying to know what your experiences have been like with beauty salons and hair stylists out in the Midwest—specifically in the areas around Indianapolis or Memphis. Or even Columbus and beyond if you have leads elsewhere!
I already have a pretty clear vision of the exact hairstyle and makeup look I want to achieve, but what I am really struggling with is finding someone trustworthy. I am looking for a professional I can hand my hair over to without constantly worrying about the outcome, all while ensuring they don't completely drain my bank account in the process...

Check out Studio 54 in Indianapolis—ask for Tomo. 🙏

They also do makeup and nail services too. 👍

mistyfalcon13 said:I did a little digging on pharmacy prices. For a box containing about $45 patches, is it really going over $40 where you are?

My better half has been using those patches and hasn't touched a cigarette in 10 days.
I’ve tried them myself, and even though I haven't kicked the habit entirely, it's definitely way easier to manage without smoking when I have the patches on compared to when I don't.
