dovla05 said:Maybe try a liquid laxative if you can get one... then just take it easy 😁

Ugh, "take it easy"... easier said than done.

I honestly don't know how women obsess over their waistlines this much. 😁

Starving yourself is actually way easier—once you get past the first couple of days, the hunger pangs just fade. The real nightmare is trying to stay "healthy" by snacking on yogurt and carrots all day. That's the hardest part for people trying to diet. 😁

Laxatives and liquid stuff are on standby... then we take it slow 😁

I was just fasting for a bit (9 days straight)

It’s great for a total reset and detoxing everything out...

But honestly, I didn't have the patience for the refeed phase (which is supposed to last as long as the fast itself). Even though I didn't go totally overboard, I still ate way too much, too fast, and now everything feels incredibly heavy. I know I should've stuck to just juices first, then maybe some yogurt and fruit on day three, then toast and stuff like that. It feels like my digestive system has just completely stalled out. What do I do? 🤔

Any recommendations for a tea that might kickstart digestion?

Hey there, quick question here
is there any way to change the language settings to American English on a forum like this?

Melissa Gonzalez21 said:What even is noni juice?
(Like, what is "noni" actually 😕 )

Honestly, noni juice is basically just a placebo in a bottle. It’s one of those drinks that works on a purely psychological level. Once you shell out $20-$$100 for a single liter of this stuff, you’ve already convinced yourself that everything is going to be fine...

Look, if you manage to convince yourself you're feeling better without touching the stuff, then you don't need it. You save a ton of money and get the exact same result you would have gotten from the juice...

Plus, if you gave people a regular juice that tasted exactly like noni after they'd been drinking it for a month, they’d swear they were feeling improved even though they're just drinking basic grocery store juice...

And let's face it—noni is just a massive trend right now, which is why everyone is talking about it so much.

Olivia Alvarez said:Honestly... I’ve dealt with allergies for as long as I can remember. It usually hits hardest in the spring—just the usual sneezing, itchy red eyes, constant sniffing, all that stuff. As I got older, things actually got worse. I started having asthma attacks, which really peaked over the last two years. Asthma would wake me up every single morning, and I was relying on my Albuterol inhaler several times a day just to breathe normally. I tried following the doctor's orders and sticking to the standard medical route (taking Aricept and all that junk), but honestly, it didn't do much for me...
Since I started drinking Noni, my asthma is gone. Just vanished. I feel incredible, mostly because I’m finally sleeping through the entire night (for the first time in forever), and my overall health feels so much better...

I'd bet anything you're just some Noni-selling snake oil salesman,

Can we please address this "distinguished" member? It feels like they have some kind of protected status here, given how they feel entitled to insult anyone who dares to disagree with them.
Personally, I can handle it, but we really need to look out for the more sensitive users who might see their self-esteem take a hit from this kind of behavior by our supposedly "untouchable" member.
I’m asking the moderators to step in, take action, and let us know what’s being done, based on the community guidelines regarding conduct.
If this isn't handled, I won't hesitate to escalate this to upper management to ensure this kind of verbal bullying doesn't just go unchecked.

Someone needs to give Michael Adams2 a permanent biological ban, haha... his time will come eventually. 😈

YES, I WOULD. I know someone would whip up a killer dinner using it... mmm, meat tastes amazing.🙂

Look, I'm a regular person who doesn't just jump on every bandwagon. To me, all this obsession with vegetarianism lately feels like it's just Intel trying too hard to be trendy...

Damn, that’s the truth right there! After every big event, there's no escaping it: people emerge from the suburbs overnight.
Are you kidding me, dustypilot22? You think this was some choice you made? Or maybe your parents just followed tradition and out came an American, all bloodline-obsessed and indecisive. But man, let me tell you! Your folks must have been... okay, look, I won't dig into your family history. We need to stick together.
I think your buddy once confessed to me that he wasn't even sure about himself sometimes. Like that guy in a classic Western who accidentally gets the wrong bounty. Maybe with all this hyper-masculine bravado, you've got the same thing going on.
Don't get mad, man! SDSS! SDSS! Peace!

...GRUEN IST MENSCHENFLEISCH!!!

Banned for this?!

Simbe, your inbox is blowing up, so just read it here so I can remind you...

Well, I insulted dustypilot22 and now I'm getting kicked to hell by the mods... great.
Let me explain...

dustypilot22 is a right-winger.
A right-winger who, in a very twisted way (just like a few others), plays with you moderators just enough to stay on the thin edge of avoiding being labeled a fascist so he doesn't get banned... I honestly don't know if he's getting banned for promoting fascism or what. Maybe it's in the rules, but from what I see, a bunch of "yes-men" are still running wild...

Just like dustypilot22...
He views his patriotism exactly how someone like Brays might view their humanitarianism. Basically, it's warped and twisted.
For example, he’d probably stage a massive parade with 250,000 extras just to make a point. It's sneaky. And it's just "non-fascist" enough to keep him from getting caught like I did...

Anyway, for everyone who over the last six years hasn't known—or didn't want to know—a single one of my posts regarding historical atrocities, the value of our home, the war, and all that, which has become common knowledge to the point where I couldn't care less about the opinions of those little birds on the neighboring fence... we all know the facts. Every major tragedy is well documented.
Who doesn't already know? Who needs to prove that these crimes happened? If you aren't counting the casualties or talking about the specific medical scandals or the corruption involving veterans' pensions, then what—are you a sympathizer?!

And if you try to call things by their real names, suddenly you're a sympathizer or a radical too?
Once I got sick of dustypilot22's version of patriotism—which, by the way, is based on nothing but sweeping generalizations—and I tried to jokingly point out the obvious similarity in the mentalities of "our" patriots versus "theirs," they banned me...

It's not like a guy who acts like a joker but is actually a dirty narcissist, pushing his own self-celebration and his "bloodline" theories... when you throw his "theory" back in his face, the SDSS comes along and bans you.

Simbe, I'm calling for a permanent ban on dustypilot22 for his fascist theories!
Hrvoje PL. Hribar in Movies ·
coastalpanther17 said:Honestly? First off, everyone in this thread talking about that mess down in Key West clearly has some personal issues to work through—either with themselves or specifically with Hribar. I mean, who else would be bored and pathetic enough to waste their life obsessing over such idiocy? Then again, who am I to judge, since I’m out here putting my own name on the line too.
The truth is, it’s blindingly obvious that none of you people actually have a clue what really went down. If you did, you wouldn't be digging into someone's private business. Or at least, you'd have the guts to be decent and sign your actual names instead of hiding behind these ridiculous usernames. It's hilarious how everyone wants to take shots at liberals and other folks who don't even have anything to do with Hribar, Key West, or the movie itself.
And just to be a little petty—since you guys are spending all your precious time debating these "vital" topics, I can't help but think of that old saying: idle hands are the devil's workshop. Given that you all claim to be so "well-versed" in the life and work of Hrvoje PL. Hribar, I can only assume you're all unemployed actors or some other weird hybrid from the local arts scene.
Isn't it all starting to make sense now?🙂

Help with circumcision in Health ·
Hey everyone,

I’ve been dealing with some pretty tight skin on my foreskin, which makes penetration really uncomfortable during sex sometimes.
It feels like the only real fix is to just get circumcised.

On top of that, I’ve read that being circumcised can actually lower the risk of contracting HIV since there's less micro-trauma to the tissue from stretching.

I was wondering if anyone could share their experiences? I'm looking for advice on where to go for this, how risky the procedure actually is, and if the recovery is as painful as people say.

Thanks in advance for any help with such a sensitive topic. 🙂
