I was wondering, do I actually need to send my bank proof of enrollment every single academic year to show I'm still a full-time student, or does that status just kind of stay valid for a certain amount of time?
Aha, I think I get what you're saying now... so I don't really need to stress about it, right? Because, man, I definitely wouldn't want them freezing my account if I'm sitting at, like, $33 below zero... 🙂 Thanks a ton!
So, I was messing around on the Chase Mobile App earlier since I got it for free, and I noticed something kind of weird... it says my overdraft protection and those installment purchase options for my Maestro card are set to expire on September 30th, 2011. I’m a little confused because I think they don't even update the system for the next year until October... so, I guess, what am I actually supposed to do here? Is there some way to extend that, or do I just have to wait for the new year to kick in?
So, I was wondering if anyone could maybe help me out a bit? It’s been a minute since I really messed around with Excel, so my brain is a little rusty, I guess. I'm trying to figure out how to take two different sets of data—you know, where one depends on the other based on their values—and turn them into just one single curve on a chart. Every time I try to do this, it just keeps spitting out separate graphs for each value, which isn't really what I'm looking for. Does anyone know how to stop it from doing that and actually get one resulting curve instead?
Does anyone know how long it usually takes to actually get an American Express card in the mail? I mean, I got my checking account and my overdraft protection set up almost instantly since I already had an account open with them...
I've got another question for the experts in here, if you don't mind. So, I’m thinking about grabbing that student starter package from JPMorgan Chase either tomorrow or the day after, but honestly, I’d probably only touch it if some kind of emergency popped up. Like, would I actually have to pay any fees if I just let it sit there and didn't use anything—you know, no credit card charges or dipping into an overdraft? Basically, I’d just want it as a safety net for something urgent since I'm still waiting on some cash to hit my account from other places. Also, how does all this stuff change once you aren't a student anymore?
I guess I’m in the exact same boat, except nothing seems to be biting on my end... Did you actually ask them at the teller window to clone your Index, or did they just hand you some standard checking account info?
So, I guess it makes more sense to just put it on an American Express card and then pay off the set amount toward the balance instead of dipping into my overdraft, right? Maybe that's the smarter move...
So, I was just wondering, like, would there be any interest charges or anything if I were to, say, "borrow" $0.00 from my overdraft limit $200 for maybe a couple of months?
I don't actually have it installed on my laptop right now, but I was kind of thinking about maybe tossing it on there since I'm sitting at 4 GB of RAM...
Is anyone else running into weird issues with Windows 7 64 on an HP 6735s? It’s mostly being a pain with the screen brightness, I guess. Like, I'll set it to full brightness while it's plugged into the wall, but either it's super finicky about actually staying there, or it just decides to dim itself back down after a little while... which is just great. The thing is, when I was running W7 32 bit, everything worked perfectly fine, so I don't know if this is just some weird bug or what.
Noah Sanchez39 said:It’s most likely an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3200; you should be able to grab the drivers here 🙂
Since HP didn't bother putting them on their own site, I kind of wonder if they even need to, because from what I've gathered, Windows 7 has its own built-in ones that seem to work pretty well enough, right?
And looking at that page, if I'm not mistaken, there seems to be some sort of beta driver available over http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownloa...b_win7-64.aspx 😢?
So, I was poking around online today and noticed that HP finally dropped some drivers for my old trusty HP 6735s, but I hit this weird snag where it looks like there's absolutely nothing listed for the graphics card... It feels a little off, you know? Like, does a GPU actually function without its specific driver, or is it just a case where they haven't bothered to upload them yet? (Running Windows 7 64-bit)
So, I was thinking, if I go ahead and install Windows 7 right now, will it just handle all its own business and update itself to the absolute final version? Like, I guess you mean, will it automatically grab all those little fixes and patches if they come out later on?
