The manager was incredibly helpful; he walked us through everything and explained how the process works. He clarified that we aren't barred from bringing our own desserts—we just need to provide a certificate or a receipt showing where they were purchased to ensure everyone is protected. We’re heading back this Saturday to see how the space looks set up for the reception before making our final call, but honestly, I think we've found "the one." The venue is perfect!

As for how it actually tastes... well, visually it’s pretty damn appetizing... looks great enough

Daniel Smith8 said:Some people claim a standard of 1.5 to 3 pounds per person, but honestly, it all depends on who you're hosting... For our party of 110, we put out 44 pounds of food and there was still way too much left over.

I really wanted that outdoor atmosphere—something like a pool area or a well-kept park—paired with a nice indoor hall, but I haven't had luck finding that combo. Grasso is decent, but I doubt you can fit more than 100 people inside, though you could probably mix indoor and outdoor seating. Another option is Sky, over in downtown Las Vegas. It's beautiful, at least in my opinion. You can fit up to 200 people inside, and if you go outdoors, there's a pool and a view overlooking the whole city.😍 They are a bit pricier, but you really have to call and negotiate; it all depends on what you want. I think the standard menu at Sky (dessert included) is about $50 with drinks, excluding wine. At Grasso, the standard menu is around $40 without drinks, but they ask for a $10 deposit $0.00 (which seems a bit steep...😲). Anyway... let me know if you need anything else.☕ 😍

Then, when it was finally time for dessert, all the cakes hit the table. Personally, I’m a huge fan of cake, and I honestly think it's a crime if there isn't any at a wedding 😉.
Most people went straight for coffee right then, though they kept it available all night—which is also a total must in my book.
The fruit came out shortly after that.
The cakes just stayed out on the tables until everything wrapped up.

Does anyone happen to know what the catering would run me for an entire wedding reception (excluding the venue)?
And who should I reach out to for details regarding renting the California Villa?
Does anyone have any intel on Sky Friske info?
