Look, they aren't gonna mail you some fancy statement showing your credit limit—that's not how this works. You gotta actually pick up the phone and call them if you want to know where you stand. 😂
Same thing happened to me—got my card in the mail and had zero clue what the credit limit actually was. It wasn't listed anywhere. Total joke.
The only way to check your daily cash withdrawal limit is through this site.

Just sign up for their online banking—you'll be able to see your balance and cash limits right there. As for that other limit? You’re gonna have to actually call them. Total pain. 😁
