PDF Partial Ban Recovery in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Thanks to ZMM, I’ve actually started reading Rekra too. I’m not exactly an active participant—after all, how is one supposed to keep up with everything?—but I felt compelled to write about how he was more than just helpful with his advice and workout recommendations. 👍

I would honestly love to see his partial removed, as I think it could really be useful for that PDF. Besides, after five years, even the worst criminals get their sins forgiven... so why shouldn't he get a pass? 😁 😉
Jeans recommendations? in Fashion ·
I just picked up another pair of Massimo Dutti skinnies in this charcoal gray. Honestly? It’s a stellar fit. I don't feel like I'm fighting against the fabric just to get them on, which is a rare luxury. Unlike some other brands out there that make you feel totally awkward or constricted, these actually feel... normal.😁

They went for $133.
The old thread is about to hit the 10,000-post mark, so we’re shutting it down. Feel free to keep the momentum going right here in this new thread—we’re starting fresh, so if you posted an ad yesterday or today in the old one, go ahead and repost it here.

Standard Reddit rules apply here, but keep these extra guidelines in mind:
  • Chatting is strictly prohibited (handle all negotiations via private messages)
  • You are limited to 2 posts per week (the week runs Monday through Sunday; choose your posting days wisely)
  • Don't post "Sold" notices, as those count toward your weekly limit
  • Posting multiple times in a row is considered spam and will result in your posts being removed
  • A maximum of 4 images per post is allowed, with a max size of 480 x 640 px (if your photos are larger, please use links or thumbnails)
  • If you are advertising within a group thread, you cannot maintain a separate individual thread for your ads
  • Selling counterfeits, knockoffs, or fakes is strictly forbidden
  • Linking to other marketplaces such as eBay, Poshmark, or similar sites is prohibited
  • The maximum font size permitted is "2" (the standard size used on this forum)

I've uploaded the photo here just so I can pin it to the appropriate thread later. 🙂

It’s been just over three months since I first stepped foot into the gym, and well—here are the before and after shots.
Timeline: April 10, 2014, vs. July 24, 2014.

The numbers:
Height: 5'6"
Hips: 43.7 in vs. 40.3 in
Waist: 32.3 in vs. 27.7 in
Bust: 35.4 in vs. 33.8 in (ugh, seriously? 😁 )
Weight: 152 lbs vs. 140.6 lbs (honestly, even my weight feels a bit lower now; it fluctuates by about a pound or so)

Thread deleted!? Why? in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Mark Perez62 said:Finally, it was about time someone actually sat me down and explained why my threads keep getting nuked.
Was it really that much effort?
Frankly, shouldn't there be some semblance of decency here—a courtesy notification after a deletion explaining the reasoning or which specific rules were violated?

True, it was my mistake. 😳 Though, I always provide an explanation when I issue a ban, and since I didn't issue one this time, I didn't see the need. Regardless, now you know. 🙂

Mark Perez62 said:I never actually dropped the business name, I didn't post any links, and I certainly didn't include any referral URLs.

I was under the impression I was following every single rule to the letter.

Your thread is essentially just thinly veiled advertising, much like so many other posts of this ilk. This subforum is supposed to be a space for debating how to actually make money online, swapping experiences with various services, and things of that nature—not a playground where people pop up claiming to have discovered some "new" way to earn cash only to hide the details behind a private message.

If you actually want to participate in this community, try starting a thread where you contribute to the conversation, share genuine insights, and actually engage; if you do that, your post won't get nuked.

Furthermore, I should point out that you haven't been issued a strike; the thread was simply removed.🙂
Section 142 of the Penal Code in Feedback & Suggestions ·
ruggedhawk20 said:I’d love to see the esteemed moderator—the very one who handed me these warnings—stand before the admins and actually explain how, exactly, my comment qualifies as off-topic or spam.

The user admitted to snooping through her husband's phone, so I simply pointed out the specific section of the penal code stating that such an act is a criminal offense.

And now that’s considered off-topic or spam?

It’s clear the moderators on this site haven't the slightest clue what they're doing!

Your posts have absolutely nothing to do with the threads you're commenting on; they offer zero value, which is why they were deleted and you were warned.

I checked out that calculator site, I just wanted to see if anyone else was actually sending such light items via certified mail. Because from what I can gather by reading through these posts, a certified shipment is basically treated like a letter—and am I right in thinking that USPS isn't supposed to accept anything that isn't paper? 🙂
I sent them an email and haven't heard a peep back. I even tried calling their info line, but the guy on the other end couldn't make heads or tails of what I was asking... looks like I'll just have to drag myself down to the local post office after all.
Thanks!

Well, you can ship whatever you want, however you want. The only thing that changes is the price tag, obviously. 🙂
wearyangler76 said:Does anyone know if I can send items weighing roughly 60 grams internationally using a standard certified envelope?
Basically, I need to ship a little package overseas that weighs only about 60 grams. It could easily fit inside a thicker envelope since it's soft and won't break.
Sending it as a formal package seems absolutely insane because they would charge me an arm and a leg for $40...
So, I'm wondering if this can just be sent as a letter instead.
It's just a few small bags of lavender I'm sending to a friend in the USA.
Thanks!🙂

In my opinion, there’s really no reason to send it via certified mail, especially when it's that light. Otherwise, here you can calculate the cost—just go to international shipping and select the certified option from the left. For what you're looking at, the price would come out to $10. 🙂
Elizabeth Brown90 said:What does it actually mean when the recipient, on top of the stated COD amount, also has to cover a payment processing fee? What kind of fee are we even talking about here?

Well, look, when you're dealing with a Cash on Delivery shipment, the money is being routed back to you, which obviously incurs its own set of overhead costs. What you're seeing is an additional percentage tacked onto the COD total to cover those transaction fees. I can't say for certain what the exact rate is these days, but I remember once, on a total of $33, that extra fee ended up being roughly $3.00, if I recall correctly. 🙂
Nicole Ramos38 said:I sent off a package via HP last Monday, yet somehow, the funds haven't hit my account. Is anyone else dealing with this kind of delay?😕
To make matters even worse, I actually caught sight of that confirmation.
What on earth am I supposed to do now? Seriously, where do I even begin with this mess?

Find that confirmation, because without it, you’re absolutely stuck. Seriously, what are you even going to do? Nothing. You won't get anywhere.
Ashley Gonzalez80 said:EDIT: I was just digging through my USPS account history and realized they actually charged me an extra $5.00 for a "fragile" sticker—otherwise, my shipping would have only been $6.00. Honestly, what a joke. 😠😠

Exactly. They tack on an extra fee for that specific label, even though last time I used it, it only cost $2.25. It looks like they’ve gone ahead and hiked up the price 😲. Can you believe the nerve?
quietviper said:Hey there 🙂>

I have a question...

I sent off a package and I have the receipt proving I sent it... however, the package hasn't reached its destination address. It wasn't sent via certified mail either... is it actually possible that someone at the post office just stole it?

Unfortunately, that receipt doesn't mean a thing in this situation because it isn't a tracking number. To get an actual tracking number, you have to send it as certified mail. Without that, you're essentially flying blind; you can only hope it shows up eventually, though if it hasn't arrived by now (say, if you sent it a week ago), then you should probably just kiss that package goodbye. This is why you should always opt for certified shipping in the future—at least then you might recover five times the postage cost if the shipment "goes missing." 🙂

Sarah Flores24 said:I need some advice. I need to ship small, low-value packages internationally, but the rates offered by the USPS seem prohibitively expensive. Is there any reasonable alternative for me as a sender, or for the people abroad receiving them? (If anyone has experience with this, perhaps through selling on Etsy, thanks in advance)…..

Shipping things overseas is truly extortionate. 👎 I honestly don't know if there is a cheaper option than the post office, and frankly, I highly doubt it. 🤷
Looking for a specialist... in Health ·
I am seeking a recommendation for a neurologist at a private clinic in Chicago. This isn't for my own benefit, but rather for my brother, who is looking for a second opinion; we were thinking of taking his medical records to a private practice for a consultation. 🙂
Roger Nelson6 said:CASH ON DELIVERY SHIPPING

I frequently ship things via COD—say, a book or two—and the buyer ends up paying someone else $13 just to cover the shipping and those extra service fees (they insist on using HP Express). So, I have to wonder: is it actually possible to send items through standard USPS mail for something like $1 or $2 and still set it up as a COD shipment?

Well, you can certainly ship books as a package; if you declare a value of, say, $33, the shipping cost will be less than $5.00. M

Alex Scott14 said:Help!

For God's sake, HP! 😠 😠 😠

A yellow envelope was sent, but it never reached the destination address.
It hasn't been returned to me either.
Where on earth is it?! 😠

I have the receipt right here, but the post office won't help because it wasn't sent as certified mail.

Man, that’s the risk you take when you use standard mail. I mean, even sending something certified carries risks, but at least then you get some kind of insurance payout. This way? You get absolutely nothing, and you might lose the entire shipment for good.
Taylor Smith3 said:On another note, I fully intend to stay on the pill moving forward, but since I don't have a partner at the moment, it felt unnecessary to keep it going, so I arranged a three-month break with my OBGYN. If it doesn't return within those three months, should I reach out to him then? 😁 Honestly, I absolutely despise the waiting game—having to worry about wearing light colors or constantly relying on pads. Plus, the bloating is unbearable. Ugh. 😠 Birth control really is a game changer.

Well, when it finally arrives, what exactly is there to worry about? 🙂
During my first year, everything was such a chaotic mess; my cycle was completely unpredictable and the cramps were just insane. But now, after three or four years, things have finally leveled out (well, except for the pain—that's still hanging around, but I've learned how to deal with it).🙂
Taylor Smith3 said:I stopped taking my birth control pill over a month ago. However, my period hasn't shown up at all. It was supposed to arrive a few days ago according to my schedule. Should I just wait it out and see if it comes, or is the standard procedure to head straight to the gynecologist?

Hang tight, it’ll come. 🙂
It took me a good few months just to get my cycle back on track after I stopped. 🙂
vividgardener19 said:And you can just shove anything into any old box and wrap it up with that tape!!!

Just wrap it securely, provide some protection—use a pile of old newspapers or something similar—tuck it into a box, tie it up with twine, and there you have it. Ship it as a standard package and simply declare whatever value you feel like declaring. 🙂
Chloe Cox90 said:I have a question regarding sending letters to Taiwan (by plane, obviously). I’ve been sending mail there for years and it used to arrive in about 10 days, but lately, it’s dragging on for 18 to 20 days—even though I always use the exact same method, which is airmail! Meanwhile, letters coming from Taiwan reach me right on schedule within 7 to 10 days. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this delay?!

And another thing: I recently sent a letter to Taiwan and decided to go with priority shipping to speed things up. Usually, for standard airmail, I just use those special envelopes you buy at the post office. This time, the clerk told me that using those envelopes already makes it priority (?) yet she still charged me $0.67 more (the standard rate for priority shipments). From what I could see, she didn't attach any specific label or sticker or anything. It's not like I'm obsessed with the details, but did she just rip me off, or is it actually impossible for it to be priority if the price was clearly marked on the envelope?

Perhaps they changed the transit routes for mail heading to Asia or Taiwan, and that's why it's taking longer.🤷

As for the priority issue—there really should be a sticker applied, because without it, it isn't actually handled as priority.
darkmaker94 said:I sent out two C.O.D. packages—one on July 5th and the other on July 14th. Both were delivered ages ago, yet I haven't seen a dime of that money come through. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised about the second one, but for the one from early July? It really should have hit my account by now, especially since the package was signed for and paid for last Monday. 🤷

It’s incredibly strange that they haven't even processed the first one. 😕 🤷
