Huge shoutout to Sal for handling Patricia’s wedding at the Liberty venue near Stockton! They were incredibly professional—honestly, the setup and decor totally caught me off guard in the best way possible. Everything was seamless. The decorations, the desserts, the cake, pizza, second dinner... it was all bundled into the venue price ($25 per head) and everything was spot on. Food was delicious, the servers were quick and friendly... and that cake? Amazing. I highly recommend them. These people know what they're doing; nothing is forced and you can negotiate just about anything.

The Liberty wedding venue 👍👍👍 (check out their Facebook page)

Also, big thanks to Apple Florists in Stockton, the Strong group, and Ogi Photography!

I'll take a look tonight; I need to get my wife to log me into Facebook first, since apparently I'm the only one left without an account... 😂 ☕

You aren't. I know at least five other people who don't have one.😁

do you happen to have any photos of those bows?? 😁

And I honestly can't believe what happened with Victoria, that is just incredibly unprofessional...
I'm going with Ann instead; she is absolutely phenomenal and we hit it off immediately during our first meeting 🙂
You have no idea how crazy she is ☕
They did my makeup for my brother-in-law's wedding and I was totally blown away..

Check out the photos on Ana dekoracija's Facebook page.

If you're looking to get lashes or nails done, I'd highly recommend Elite Salon in Indianapolis. I went yesterday and they did such a beautiful job. Also, for anyone needing extensions in the Midwest, check out Ann Decoration... $0.33 the lashes are thick and substantial. I was honestly blown away when I saw them yesterday!

Anyone ever picked up jewelry in Orašje or maybe somewhere else over in Canada?

There's a spot at Roban Corner on the Upper East Side... they've been around forever and they're solid.

Can you actually make decorations out of that agricultural film? Like bows or car ornaments... stuff you’d normally use tulle or organza for?

Someone mentioned some fat pies over by $0.33, anyone got a lead on that?

Not sure if I should be posting this here or in the marketplace section... I accidentally bought 40 blue balloons thinking they were purple. If anyone is looking for blue ones or wants to swap them for purple, let me know. I really don't need these...

The Band is actually great... I don't know if they're still playing, but I know they used to tear it up at the Old tavern every single weekend, so you should go give them a listen

Anyone know where to pick up some grease on the fly? Specifically looking in the Indianapolis area.

So, basically, this singer from a local country band has been relentlessly bugging us, and after he finally heard who we hired for the music... well, he asked my brother who we went with. My brother told him we booked Sax, and let me tell you, the guy was absolutely stoked! He actually announced that he’s coming to our wedding and bringing his wife along because he thinks Sax is just incredible. Honestly, though, if he wants to turn our big day into one of his solo concerts, maybe he should just be officially invited to perform instead? If he’s going to act like he’s the main attraction at our wedding, he might as well get paid for it, right? 😂

total disaster... hehe

Great. I guess you'll be looking into it yourself anyway, so it won't be any trouble for me when you let me know... 🙂))

Mine is more like a faded cyclamen... leaning towards purple...

Please check the balloon prices too (if they have solid white or purple), and the thick tulle or organza options (white and purple as well, what's the cost?). Thanks!!!

From $217 up to $333 I guess it all depends on what you're actually looking for... installation, just the ceiling, maybe some small accent balloons tucked in there, or finishing it off with balloon clusters at the edge... there are plenty of ways to mix it up

Harold Hayes9 said:vatrenamala5, I haven't picked out flowers yet, so I might head over to an orchid shop... I saw some great reviews for an exclusive place in Chicago—not even sure where exactly it is though...

Still hunting for a makeup artist, but honestly? I’ll probably just do my own face. I don't think anyone could nail my look quite like I can... I do my friends' makeup sometimes, so I definitely know what I'm doing... but, I guess I'll go for a trial run... just to see how it turns out...

Haven't found any balloons yet (like those balloon arches, or a huge balloon with a garter inside)—does anyone know a vendor who does that? I'm skipping Vigus, though; I've seen some bad vibes about them on the forums...

I actually found my wedding dress a while ago! It's stunning, a total princess style, found it in St. Louis...

Has anyone ever used VOX?

There's a company on Facebook called 99balloons. We used them for a balloon explosion (that one with the garter inside)

The guy is from Albuquerque and had a booth at that big wedding expo in NYC. I picked up a guest book and some picture frames there as a gift for my parents...

Harold Hayes9, I get why you're frustrated with these salons, but it really just comes down to who you go to. For instance, I put my deposit down at Tiffany & Co. right near the Melitta shop... I showed up without an appointment and they were incredibly sweet. Meanwhile, some of those other places the girls here keep raving about? I wouldn't step foot in them. The sales clerks were just plain rude...

Anyone dealt with Maja from Wizard before? Or maybe Martin over at Studio Image?

Vigus lets you rent... they've got spots in VK and near the Superman in Indianapolis

Wait, what are we even talking about here? I get that if you're at a formal banquet, there have to be labels on everything... but am I supposed to have a formal declaration for snacks in my own backyard during a get-together? These people are in my house, not out in some public park..
