What kind of amateur are you... either your popcorn is too small or you eat way too fast... 😁

I have to admit, I’m the same way. Eating at the theater is a massive part of the whole experience for me. I absolutely live for the popcorn and nachos at AMC Theatres...

I just remembered another one—the movie Room starring Brie Larson. For the first hour, I honestly felt like I was being tortured. It’s easily one of those "heavy" films, especially when you're seeing it for the first time.

John Doe 😁

Folks, yesterday's premiere of The Avengers was hands down the best cinema experience I've ever had. The crowd was massive. It felt like every fifth person was wearing a themed shirt (mostly Team Captain America 😁), and every third person was carrying a promotional menu. Honestly, it felt like being at a miniature Comic-Con... haha. And once the movie actually started? Incredible. People were cheering, laughing, and I think even a few people were tearing up. Such a unique atmosphere...

I'm a total movie junkie. I hit the theaters so often that my experiences are almost always positive—maybe a 10% failure rate at most.

Manchester was a struggle for me because it felt like two hours actually lasted four.

I generally think a film is difficult if it's emotionally heavy or just plain draining. There’s zero comic relief...

My go-to examples would be The Pursuit of Happyness, The Danish Girl, The Light Between Oceans, or P.S. I Love You.

The movie was playing with subtitles at AMC Theatres. Usually, the bigger blockbusters get both subtitled and dubbed versions early on, but if demand isn't high enough, they pull the subtitled runs pretty quickly. I didn't catch that specific version with the subtitles, but the American voice cast did a solid job. The only voice I truly recognized was Tarik Filipović, and he was quite good...

The hosts were honestly pretty bad, unfortunately. I watch Brandon Evans5 in Brooklyn Nine-Nine and I know her from A Star Is Born, of course, but I never expected it to be such an awkward disaster. They had a tough job on their hands since nobody else wants to host the awards...

I am beyond thrilled that Bale got the win. His speech was fantastic. He’s just such a genuinely great guy. Even thanking the devil 😁

It’s hilarious watching the backlash from all the Lady Gaga and A Star Is Born fans. Now, suddenly, everyone is tearing into Bohemian Rhapsody.

None of these movies have really grabbed me either, so honestly? I'm mostly just tuning in for the fashion. As for the ceremony itself, the only thing I'm happy about is Jeff Bridges getting the Cecil B. DeMille Award. A decent surprise after that total disaster with the Oscars last year.

Yeah, I mixed up two different categories. In that case, she’ll probably snag the Golden Globe, maybe as a consolation prize. The Oscars will be a much tougher fight since there's only one category there, so she might miss out. Still, considering how awards season has turned into a total joke and just a popularity contest lately, I don't think she'll lose both... Plus, her fanbase is massive. Any potential backlash would likely just swing right back in her favor.

What an absolute disgrace with Oprom... 😁 Honestly, Americans absolutely adore her... so nothing about this surprises me at all.

Gaga simply isn't the best actress here. Olivia Colman was the real standout in The Favourite... though I watched it yesterday and it didn't quite land for me. I'm really hoping Vice and Beautiful Boy pull through, because the rest of this lineup looks bleak. Nothing has truly impressed me yet...

Gaga simply doesn't deserve Best Actress. If we're talking favorites, it should be Olivia Colman for *The Favourite*. Though, I watched that one yesterday and it just didn't click for me. I'm really hoping *Vice* and *Beautiful Boy* turn out to be solid, because the rest of this lineup looks bleak. Nothing has truly impressed me yet...

I’d put my money on Bohemian Rhapsody, A Star Is Born, or Vice.

Such an entertaining little movie. I really loved the plot and how the characters connect... their individual motivations felt genuine, too. I especially liked those recurring motifs, like when they introduce each different version of Spider-Man. That final suit? Absolutely stunning. Visually, everything is just top-tier. Even the story holds together better than most films I've seen lately...

I haven't even sat through 90% of the nominees, but honestly, the Oscars and the awards ceremonies in general are just getting worse. I find it hard to believe that Black Panther and Crazy Rich Asians even made the list... especially considering how much Infinity War dominated the year.

With Lady Gaga nominated, I’m genuinely worried she might actually take it home. To me, it feels like an insult to all the serious actresses who have dedicated their entire lives to this craft. Her "acting" is mediocre at best.
