I’m rocking an HP DeskJet right now—just one of those all-in-one printer/scanner combos. The real headache is how often I have to buy ink; even though I barely print, I’m replacing cartridges once or twice a year. To make matters worse, I just bought an official cartridge and the printer is claiming it’s incompatible. I pulled it out to check if I screwed up the order, but the ink itself seems fine. Then, when I popped it back in, the screen suddenly thanks me for buying genuine ink and says we're good to go! Fast forward two weeks of letting it sit idle, and as soon as I turn it back on, it’s back to telling me the ink is incompatible. What a joke.
I am officially done dealing with crappy ink and unreliable printers. I want to switch to a cheap, reliable laser printer instead, so I have a question...
Does it actually make sense to get a laser printer for home use if I'm only printing, like, 20 pages a month? And if so, what should I get?
New York Jets. Buffalo Bills. Carolina Panthers are gonna cook. The Rams look solid. No doubt about it. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Niners are legit. Real talk. Arizona Cardinals. That's it. Detroit Lions. Jacksonville Jaguars. Kansas City Chiefs. The Raiders look rough. Denver Broncos.
Look, there are a few guys who actually look decent right now. Carson Wentz was playing out of his mind before he got hurt, Goff has improved a ton under McVay, and Trubisky looks way better than last year. Honestly, the whole league is just losing its mind over Mahomes... Andrew Luck and Ryan aren't washed yet.
There’s always going to be a QB somewhere. Especially since the game is moving toward flag football style—where throwing for 5,000 yards will be the standard, not some freak occurrence.
Man, I think about 20 years ago I picked up some game on a console—maybe an N64. There was this guy in green on the cover. Can't even remember if it was Favre or who, but probably him. In the game, based on the ratings, the Packers were a powerhouse, so I just rolled with them.
Back then, I wasn't actually following the NFL at all; I just pretended to by checking scores on the DSF teletext. Once broadband hit, I started following the Super Bowl, then moved to the playoffs, and before I knew it, I was hooked. Now I've been obsessed with fantasy for five years.
It might sound totally bandwagon, but I just love watching high-level football, so I end up "rooting" for whoever is playing well. It’s less about being a die-hard fan and more about the interest. So, sometimes it's the Seahawks, sometimes the Raiders, sometimes... It's really more about the players for me. Wilson and Rodgers at QB, Brown at WR, those shifty RBs like Charles or McCoy a few years back, and now Bell.
Rebecca Green46 said:Ricky’s way better than those two forced actresses. That sarcasm from Gervais is everything. 🤣
Ricky’s officially lost the plot. Every single interview and stand-up special he does is just more of the exact same crap. He laughs way too much at his own bits that have totally worn thin, and he hasn't even realized it.
His last decent series was Extras. Everything else he’s done—like the Ricky Gervais Show or An Idiot Abroad—is pure Pilkington or just straight-up garbage, like Life's Too Short.
