So, you, acting as a moderator, seem to be the first one ignoring those very rules

Yesterday, I started a thread about how many people have been reading the Zapatistas discussion since you removed me from there. You shut the whole thing down after just three posts for reasons known only to yourselves, and honestly, that last sentence was quite a way to wrap things up

Because, truthfully, where exactly did I lie or make things up?

It seems you can do whatever you please... I've seen it happen through your moderation, especially with my posts being labeled as trolling for four years now, yet a user isn't even allowed to defend themselves...

You claim someone is lying

but you don't provide an argument, nor do you prove it, and then you elegantly just close the thread

And it’s been like this for four years... deleting posts, issuing warnings, and so on...

But you can't ignore the facts regarding the view counts and post numbers on the Zapatistas thread since you pulled me away
I don't know the ownership structure of Reddit, but if I were the owner, I'd wonder if I really need moderators and admins whose policies are actively destroying the core function of the forum—which is reading, writing, and communicating...
Go ahead, shut down this thread democratically too, under the guise of "commenting on moderation"
No, I am not critiquing your job performance. I am critiquing the idea that you can call someone a liar or a fabricator without any sanctions or evidence, all while wielding the power of a moderator who clearly feels exempt from everything else

About a month ago, a certain user was banned from all the heavy-hitting threads—stuff like child support, domestic issues, divorce proceedings, etc. She pulled it off by leveraging her circle of friends, both online and in her actual life, to get the moderator to issue a permanent ban on those topics
after four long years
And I was never disrespectful. I didn't swear, and I certainly wasn't trolling. Yet, because the moderators lean so heavily into certain feminist biases, they declared me guilty without cause, acting solely on the intervention of "friends"

The reason she did this? She simply didn't like my comment regarding her announcement about her own divorce... she treats this forum like a private messaging tool for communicating with her family, husband, and kids
She actually kicked her current husband out using the exact same tactic. It seems the moderator's vow to her friends takes precedence over truth or reality

Just as I predicted, now that I'm blocked from offering advice on these tragic, serious matters, I’ve watched as any meaningful discussion or useful exchange of ideas simply withers away,,,

Come on, rustydrifter10, take a look at your posting and reading stats for Zuck since I've been gone...
Between the day before yesterday and yesterday morning, there have been three pointless posts... some ridiculous thread about pornography

And that's it
Not even mentioning the view counts

So what is the point of this forum if it's just going to shut down these topics???
Not to mention the legal and life-alteringly bad advice that same group has been giving on serious questions about alimony after they forced me out

Privatizing the forum is clearly leading to its downfall, especially on such vital topics that could be incredibly helpful to people facing difficult life situations

Because her virtual and real-life friend was afraid that my reactions to her posts wouldn't sit well with her family members, whom she’s been addressing through this forum for years... so she had to protect herself...

Finding a new phone or using a different computer isn't an issue, especially since I have access to several throughout the day... I just wish you would realize that this style of moderation leads to the death of serious discourse on a forum...
By turning this place into an echo chamber for like-minded people, it loses its purpose, doesn't it?

You could end up with the cops knocking on your door over a misdemeanor charge for making violent threats. It can even be classified as a death threat, which is how things spiral out of control into a legal nightmare you just don't need
Calling them might be an option, since it’s harder to prove—unless they happen to be recording the line, I suppose
I get that you're pissed, really I do, but this isn't worth it
