Zachary Bennett said:If you haven't seen Parasite yet, I’d highly recommend giving it a watch. In my opinion, it’s easily one of the best films anyone could experience in recent years.👍

It’s an incredible film—truly phenomenal at times—but I have to admit, I still find myself leaning toward the Korean version of Oldboy. It just hits a little differently for me, I guess.

I’m inclined to agree with steelorca5 here—that movie was pure cringe. Honestly, those lines like "all it takes is one bad day" and similar "incel-core" nonsense are just unbearable. I don't think there's anything more eye-rolling than characters like the Joker or Harley Quinn, so when I see young guys and girls trying so hard to act edgy or "deep" because of them, it honestly makes me want to claw my eyes out.

But yeah, I have to admit, the actor was genuinely incredible and absolutely deserved an Oscar.

bluebadger112 voted like a total lunatic for everything; I suppose he just thinks he’s so much more brilliant than everyone else here that he’s basically casting votes on our behalf. Honestly, reading his posts feels like reading a textbook. ☕

I’m actually quite relieved that he’s going to lose to Aljos; honestly, that’s going to be a massive blow to his ego.

Take, for instance, Hess, the Internet, Maria Wright62, and myself ☕ 🤣

And look, my favorites over the years have been folks like bluebadger112, Zvonimir—though they’re all pretty subpar, really—and then there's me, leading the pack, simply because I actually enjoy writing about it.

I suppose voting for me is actually a bit of an obvious trap; if you're looking for serious candidates, you really ought to give it some more thought.

My reasoning regarding the candidates ☕

bluebadger112 seems to think I’m just not very bright, seemingly based on nothing more than my appearance—though I did attempt to clarify my position the other day. It also feels like Rebecca Campbell34 has always been part of that inner circle of the more attractive users over the years, so I suppose her favorites usually tend to be those same types of people

I was actually torn between choosing bluebadger112, Rass, or Rebecca Campbell34, but I suppose I'll go with Rebecca Campbell34

If we’re talking about taking the natural route, I’d suggest incorporating consistent training sessions centered around movements like squats and deadlifts. Since these are compound exercises, they tend to stimulate testosterone production much more effectively than isolated movements, along with growth hormone. It might also be worth adding some sprinting—maybe one or two sessions a week consisting of four or five sets—which is excellent for those specific hormonal responses.

You absolutely have to prioritize getting eight hours of sleep to allow your body to recover from the workload; you really want to ensure you aren't constantly interrupting your REM cycles by waking up mid-night. I suppose the most critical part is establishing a strict routine where you go to bed at the same time every single day, essentially training your body to shut down at a predictable hour.

I don't think I even need to go into deep detail regarding nutrition—even a child could tell you how vital it is—but it is exceptionally important to fuel your recovery properly if you're actually committing to a training regimen.

Additionally, if you use alcohol, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other recreational drugs, you should probably cut them out entirely; I know from my own experience a few years back that it makes a massive difference. You should also try to limit screen time and phone usage, and, quite unironically, consider cutting back on ejaculation—or at least trying to go once every six or seven days. If you combine that with everything else I've mentioned, I'm fairly certain you'll see progress almost immediately, likely within the first month. If you were to run another blood test after thirty days to compare the results, there's really no way you wouldn't see an improvement.

Personally, I wouldn't jump straight into using performance enhancers without trying this approach first, as I'm convinced it will provide the boost you need to get started.

Good luck!

Once upon a time, entire continents spanning Europe, North America, South America, and Asia were buried under massive sheets of snow and ice. Even glaciers formed in Africa and on Hawaii. Massive ice shelves once stretched across half of the world's oceans. Back then, without a single shred of human influence, everything melted away, only to freeze over again. This cycle has repeated itself four times over the course of billions of years.

So, how is an average person actually supposed to take global warming seriously? Even if you decide to treat it as a crisis, the primary driver behind the greenhouse effect isn't carbon—it's water vapor. And even if we look at carbon specifically, just 100 corporations are responsible for a staggering 71% of global emissions. Where, in all this damn chaos, does the average individual fit in?

Instead of addressing the genuine environmental crises—things like air pollution, chemical contamination of our waterways, and the way those toxins cause mutations in wildlife that wreck local ecosystems; or even discussing the xenoestrogens found in processed foods and drinks that destroy sperm counts and drive the average man toward infertility, physical decline, and plummeting testosterone levels—politicians and their corporate allies want everyone to fixate exclusively on this "global warming" issue. They want you to shoulder the guilt personally rather than pointing the finger at the entities that are actually responsible.
