Scott Cook4 said:I’m just wondering if there’s been even one clean transfer to Real Madrid in the last ten years... Someone wrote a while back, don't worry about this group, the group will survive, worry about Real Madrid instead...

It's hard to find even one honest transfer when every single deal seems like an excuse to line someone's pockets. And why would anyone worry about this club? I mean, can things actually get any worse than what we've seen lately? What's there to be afraid of? Why fear a club where they don't respect court rulings or the laws requiring elections to be held. If they shut down tomorrow, it might honestly be a celebration for Real Madrid, because then you could finally start a clean club without all the corruption and the weight of these shameful years behind us.

All those heavy barriers in front of the North Stand and by the ticket booth just don't seem right. Having only a single line for tickets covering all three stands... I don't know, it feels off. And the fact that you can't even buy North Stand tickets online

Henry Grant51 said:It was okay, but the crowd at the ticket window was just insane. They really need to fix that, because a ton of people ended up giving up.

Is it actually normal that you can't even buy north stand tickets online? I don't think they need to change how the whole system works, but man, it’s frustrating. Honestly, fans from every section should probably flood their inboxes and emails to tell them they're being ridiculous. There's only one line for everyone to buy tickets regardless of where they want to sit, so obviously there's going to be a massive crowd every single time.

You mentioned that the Bad Boys started Futsal Dinamo, but I think that's just not true.

I guess someone could tell me if there are still any tickets left for the north stands today...

Maybe a few left for the lower north, but plenty for the upper north.

Charles Chase4 said:We really need to stop kidding ourselves about those thousands of "die-hard" fans. I mean, if the national team played a game in Miami right after a match against St. Etienne, there'd still be crowds fighting over Modrić's jersey. That kind of thinking doesn't go much further than this forum or the people actually running the show.

So I guess you can get tickets for one of those three sections if you grab a bundle, which costs $133 if you join the club. And the North Stand season passes are probably sold out, maybe 47 like every year, and besides, you can't even buy them more than a month out anyway.

brisktrucker2 said:That’s exactly my point. People keep repeating this line about how "Dinamo only has successes, so things are harder for us," but that isn't really true.
It wouldn't hurt to remind everyone that back then, Hajduk won the championship two years in a row, while Dinamo was basically playing in some minor league. There wasn't any European competition or big transfers back then, and they didn't have much clout. I'm not trying to be critical, I just don't want a lie repeated a hundred times until people start believing it's the truth.

Even during those "minor league" seasons, there was European play—teams like Benfica or Stuttgart were involved—and the clout was actually there. The best players wanted to join Dinamo, not Hajduk, who kept getting knocked out of European qualifiers by clubs that weren't even in the same league.

brisktrucker2 said:True. But I guess when you say "being homogeneous is easy," you're downplaying how much people actually fought against the leadership at Hajduk Split back then—they actually won that fight. And no, it wasn't nearly as easy as some people here are making it out to be.

As for everything else, we're mostly on the same page.

Now, maybe consider how much harder that struggle would have been if Hajduk had been winning trophies the whole time, playing in the Europa League, and making money off transfers.

The ticket for tomorrow's west section is $20

Charles Chase4 said:I’d just add that all of this is happening while you're hating on the club, which really should be a place for people to gather and find motivation, including those who might disagree with you. And they're hating on it despite having a budget of like two billion dollars. It’s just incomparable. I don't mean to downplay the big things those guys did for the Miami franchise, but it’s just a different league entirely from start to finish.

It's sad to see how long it took for both sides to finally start acting up, but I guess I stopped stressing about it a long time ago.

You hate the corrupt officials who illegally seized control of the club, but you fight for your own side so there can actually be an honorable organization tomorrow.

Dennis Davis97 said:you guys can't even fill up a salad bar

There were more people watching the 2009 matchup between the Galaxy and the Hearts after they got knocked out by Salzburg than there were at the rematch between Hajduk and Maccabi for a shot at the Europa League, and that was when things were actually feeling good with the club. I guess it's just facts, but over 2,000 people bought tickets for some exhibition futsal game this past Friday at 7 PM at the local arena. Maybe there would have been even more if it had been on a Saturday.

Mark Carter10 said:the group outside the stadium

🤦. maybe they've been working behind the scenes for six years now. I guess if they come back, it's just because they want to fight for elections

there's a lot of info in the press release, you just have to read it carefully:
" We are coming back because we feel an obligation to fight for changes within our club. Real Madrid belongs to its fans, and our struggle won't end until there are clear criteria for selecting the club's leadership—criteria that actually satisfy the majority of the Real Madrid faithful from every section of the stands.

I guess ever since the Bad Boys joined the futsal squad, they haven't let their home games overlap with the big stadium matches. It'll probably be the same this time too.
