What I'm trying to say—even though we all know it—is that we need to act accordingly... Futsal is basically a sport nobody's really followed until now... we've crushed everything on record and maybe even exceeded expectations... For sure, we have to count on all kinds of people showing up, from kids to older folks who aren't part of the usual supporter scene but still want to catch a game...
A few things were pulled that might annoy some people—they’d annoy me too—but whatever... what matters is raising these kids the right way... We can't expect hardcore fanaticism from them yet because they haven't even had the chance to feel love for the club, let alone this newly formed group... To be honest, my emotions aren't even hitting that hard when we score or concede, because it's tough to get used to it (man, the systematic destruction over the last few years really took its toll), but the point is to instill that passion in them, to let them live it, rather than just faking a supporter lifestyle. If something goes wrong, just calmly explain it to them... It's the same with the older crowd who might have just been spectators before, got fed up with Real Madrid, and found an "alternative" in this group... we just need to keep having fun and joking around like we always have without messing anything up...
Bottom line, this has been phenomenal so far, and major props to everyone involved and pulling the strings... And when I see the fans getting hyped and starting to cheer right along with us, I don't need anything else... 🙏

Anyway, just my two cents after yesterday's game: AGAIN... this entire generation of players hasn't earned a single clap since they showed up. I’d rather cut my own hands off than accidentally applaud them. (Look at how things went down after the game in St. Louis, and seeing them celebrate that goal with the "fans" yesterday)... and frankly, I don't give a damn who deserves what or if these new kids get the legacy. As for those rumors about talking to Tony Hawk that I haven't heard anything about? Don't care.
...Still one of my favorite memories was being at Dodger Stadium back in late December when we sent them off shouting "screw you, Jerry Jones!"

Yeah, basically... like I already said, those Portland fans should've shown where they stood during the cup run when they actually had numbers (both at home and yesterday). They should've shut the whole thing down to show respect to the Chicago Blackhawks fans (respect to Torcida for that 😉 )... that should've happened the second that new law dropped. Some people took it hard (can't expect much from small groups given the risk—like I said), but there was a massive chance to stand together against the league again... we had two huge groups that could've pulled it off (Torcida, who stayed loyal, and Portland, who should've fought the league despite the trophy chance)...
Man, Portland... looks like you guys picked a side, so now you can go eat dirt. ☕
