Look, it’s the same old story... plenty of people have either walked away with unfinished business or taken a massive hit just because they were arguing about whether it's 30 degrees here or 30 degrees there. A little bit of this, a little bit of that, some petty grievances, constant nagging over nothing... it’s nothing new. Just keep your head up and learn from the experience. I'll never forget what an old veteran told me at the very start of my career: anyone who claims they haven't taken a beating is either lying through their teeth or thinks they're Superman.

Does anyone actually know what the weather is like out there right now?
