Look, I didn't quite catch the sarcasm some people were throwing, but my stance hasn't changed: this is just pathetic. Especially when you've got much more serious issues to deal with.

When I see those initial reactions from losers like Richard Stewart5, Scott Cook4, or placidheron19, it just confirms I'm hitting the nail on the head.

To put it bluntly, I hope you experience exactly what happened in Greece at the hands of the Deli fans during every single upcoming European away match.

You pathetic excuses for fans. For years, you haven't been able to deal with a pack of mercenaries because the "judicial and political system" is always on their side. You get pushed around wherever you go, and out of pure helplessness, you first pull that stunt with the banner in Slavonski Brod, and now this.

And finally, once Americans, the Swiss, and the government (don't worry, you aren't the type to actually stop them) finally take down Mamić, I hope some new Mamić emerges—someone who won't have quite as much power in American soccer, but will exert even worse and more intense repression over you.

*Spits*...

Waiting on an official statement 🤣

Are you kidding me?

Screw Mamić!!!

Anyone throwing a flare tonight is going to be losing teeth.

Not just those who throw them—anyone who lights one.

Not really. That's just not on the table right now. But I’ll be at the Rose Bowl this Wednesday cheering on the Chiefs, so we can all celebrate winning the Super Bowl together.

Tim 😁

God, I love them so much. ☕

I feel the same way. Really hoping that celebration actually happens this Wednesday. 😁

I think they might have messed up a bit here. 😁

I don't care how much they hype themselves up; there's no way that useless administration is actually going to ban anything today.
It’s just a shame more people aren't aware of this—how we dealt with unprecedented censorship back then...
all just to cover up how those idiots were acting. 🙂

He isn't talking about you personally. He's talking about our guys who got absolutely crushed... If they had an opening to take it, you really think they would've passed it up?
Of course they would have...

Eric Smith12 said:As stupid as it sounds, that’s actually a damn good question. Following those spreadsheets just to live vicariously through them and pick fights? I don't know... I don't think I could do it. ☕

Seriously, both you and Unknown—who even are you people?
Why all this fake pathos? 🤷
Just ask yourselves.
Would they take advantage of an opportunity like that?

i

Would you say our guys would have jumped out of the car and confronted them if they had the chance? (Doesn't matter when or under what circumstances...)
I think the answer to both is a resounding YES. End of story.

Jonathan Lewis3 said:even if we don't know which group was carrying that banner, you see all kinds of photos popping up on Facebook, forums, and news sites showing people holding their signs...
that banner could end up crushed in an exhaust pipe if they know nobody's going to protect it out there... but hey, to each their own.
Some trashy local news outlet from downtown Chicago will publish twenty photos, and it’s impossible to tell which sign belongs to whom.
some people might actually suffer because their photos are visible to the entire country on Facebook, yet they keep their profiles public and post a million pictures like this...

It's not "some people," unfortunately, it's most of them...
And EVERYONE acts shocked when you even mention Facebook... then the next day, you see the photos—sipping coffee here, checking in there...
Give me a break.

Kimberly Robinson17 said:I think it’d be polite to thank the boys for taking the banner. Honestly, if they hadn't stepped up and grabbed it in some waiting area they call their own, we'd all be living in pure disgrace.🤷

You can love a team like die-hard NFL fans and walk miles just to see them play, but carrying a banner isn't for everyone. Why do we even need to keep saying this? 😉

People already said thanks. No point in repeating ourselves.
But absolutely—better them than those local thugs.

And the other thing... you wouldn't believe it, but apparently, some people just won't learn. Does everything really have to go completely off the rails before things get back to normal?!?!
