Did Zvonimir just imply that Robert Kubica didn't return to Formula 1 because of that accident in Canada? If he didn't, he handled that whole bit about Kubica and Montreal quite clumsily.

Zvonimir still needs to find his footing; this was his first broadcast. Even after a full season on the job, I still make stupid mistakes. It's the massive gap between planned analysis and the chaos of a live broadcast where there's no turning back. 🙂

I'm not sure what happened with the Kubica situation, but he clearly knows his stuff. Maybe it was just a slip of the tongue... happens to the best of us.

Honestly, what you guys are saying is complete nonsense. Brawn didn't build a team from scratch. Claiming he built a team without funding is ridiculous. He simply bought out an existing team... one originally created by Honda. Or rather, BAR. Or more accurately, Ken Tyrrell.

I'm the guy who isn't exactly thrilled with Toro Rosso or Ross Brawn either. 🙂
