The cutoff was 73 points, sure, but the last person who actually snagged a spot last year had 76.57. The year before that? 77.72. With my track record—mostly Bs in math during middle school and just two Bs in eighth grade—I don't exactly look like a scholar. And I don't have any extra credit to lean on.
It honestly makes me feel for her. When I think back to my own high school days, I was sitting there with a C in math one year and an average that hovered right around a 3.0, yet I still managed to squeeze into a prep school. Looking back, I really feel for her struggle.

The "undeniably" problematic posts weren't left up because we let them stay. They get deleted. Otherwise, they're gone.

At the end of the day, it's all the same thing.

We can try to wrap everything up under the umbrella of infidelity, but there are plenty of ways to cheat besides just some Sunday afternoon hookup.

That previous bolded sentence sounds perfectly true and reasonable to me.
If it stays unknown, it's as if it never happened.
Just imagine a partner goes on a business trip to Chicago.
Who knows what went down on that trip. Maybe they were part of some massive orgy... If everything continues as usual and no STI pops up, then really, nothing ever happened.
Right?

I'd say I'd rather be the cheater.
But I have this one psychological hang-up about it.
See, even when an open opportunity presents itself, I get this feeling—this nagging sense—that I'm doing something wrong, something ugly and low.
And the opportunity is right there, all you have to do is take it!
I consider it my own flaw—some kind of Catholic atavism buried deep in my agnostic psyche—and I really need to suppress it so I can finally run wild like every other normal modern man!

Because it takes two to tango. People who get dumped usually have a blind spot when it comes to their own bullshit.
If he’s cheating, there’s clearly a reason—he obviously wasn't happy with me.
Kuzis?
And we’re right back to square one: people refusing to admit they messed up.
I once watched this couple up close where she was being a total nightmare while playing the victim. She couldn't see how her own behavior drove her husband straight into the arms of someone else—someone who actually had some redeeming qualities.
feralranger said:...besides, everyone seems to have their own peculiar little definition of what actually constitutes "cheating."
For the vast majority of people, it boils down to those most prone to jealousy and possessiveness, specifically focusing on the physical act itself.
However, if you ask anyone else, the line moves constantly; some individuals—and quite frankly, many of them—would argue that "infidelity" includes things like:
- a kiss (specifically a "French" kiss)
- a simple kiss on the lips without tongue
- dancing that leans a bit too heavily into erotic movement or touch
- texting that delves into deep emotional intimacy...
- and so on (it’s a moving target, really, as different people will list different offenses, and even genders tend to diverge here, since men and women often experience jealousy through slightly different lenses, despite the inevitable overlap)
Ultimately, depending on just how much someone struggles with possessiveness, any one of these actions could swing anywhere from being a "no big deal" moment to a full-blown, relationship-ending drama.

here is one I found on AllRecipes https://www.coolinarika.com/recept/k...9-0242ac120043—and I always make a double batch because they disappear in seconds (talking about that recipe from AllRecipes)
Nicole Myers said:Oh boy, this actually looks pretty promising... 🙂 It has that unpainted, rustic look—almost reminds me of those little peach candies—but looking closer at the ingredients, it's definitely something else entirely.

hvala Quote!
I think I'll just follow your recipe exactly—actually, I might just whip up a double batch alongside my usual ones since I'm really aiming for the path of least resistance here... 🙂
