Ugh, just realized you're using the 2007 version! Those instructions I gave were for the ancient version of Word... my bad. Here's a link that actually explains everything for your setup http://office.microsoft.com/sr-latn-...001225372.aspx
And since your table of contents isn't numbering properly, you're gonna need this too
Word 2007 help

How to start numbering after the second page
1. Just follow the steps in this article to get those page numbers inserted.
2. Stick your cursor right at the start of the page where you actually want the numbering to kick in.
3. Go to the Page Layout tab, look for the Page Setup group, and click Breaks.
4. Under Section Breaks, click Next page.
5. Head over to the Insert tab, find the Header & Footer group, click Header or Footer, and then hit Edit Header or EDIT Footer to mess around with the header or footer area.

The header or footer holding the page number should now be labeled Section 2.

If the header or footer says First page Header - Section 2 - or First page Footer - Section 2 - but you want the first page of this section to look exactly like the rest of them, just uncheck that "Different First Page" box in the Options group.

6. Under Header & Footer Tools, go to the design Tab , in The Navigation Group , click link to Previous to break The connection between The header or footer in The New section and The previous section.
7. If you're trying to make the numbering on this page start back at 1, go to the Header & Footer group, click page Number, click format page Numbers, and just type 1 into the "Start at" box, then hit OK.
8. In the Navigation group, click Previous Section , and just wipe out the page number in the header or footer that's stuck in Section 1.

Seriously, pay attention to steps 3 and 4—that's the whole trick! You gotta insert that break, otherwise you can't reset the numbering to 1 or whatever number you want.
Lawrence Martin26 said:Hey everyone! If anyone’s dealt with this nightmare before, I am begging you for some help. I'm grinding away at my final thesis for college right now and I'm totally stuck on the Table of Contents. My professor just kicked it back to me because the alignment is all messed up—specifically the right side. Like, those little dots and the page numbers aren't lining up in a straight line at all; they're all over the place. I seriously cannot get them to stay in a perfect vertical row. I'm praying someone here has faced this exact disaster, or maybe you guys are lucky enough to never deal with this crap and can just tell me how to fix it. Thanks a million!

Wait, so you were actually making the Table of Contents by hand??
just go to Insert > Index & Tables, but first make sure you've tagged your titles as Heading 1 and subheadings as Heading 2... then the program just spits out a perfectly aligned Table of Contents automatically.

Does that rhinoscopy thing actually hurt? Like, is it gonna be brutal?🙈

So, I was wondering—can you actually spot things like cysts or a deviated septum on a standard sinus X-ray, or am is that just a waste of time? Like, do I need to go get some other fancy scans done if I want the real deal?

just let her post the picture on the forum later, so after this two-day debate we can finally see if she actually has a point or if she's just being extra (honestly, it feels like the latter to me)

1. You get paid once the job is done—that's how it works, the guy holding the cash calls the shots.
2. Don't ever hire some random stranger for a gig, because money issues will wreck your relationship almost every single time.
3. He was stuck in a tight spot and didn't have any other choice. Either take $1900 or end up losing way more than $1333 (since he actually had to cover the materials out of his own pocket while his buddy scrambled to find the cash).

It’s actually kind of a big deal here—my sister-in-law is flying out to the States in just a couple of days and her one big wish is to track down these specific sweatpants 😍

So, seriously, if anyone out there knows where I can find them, please hit me up 🙂

Thanks much

Just Google "Levi's USA $" or something similar to find shops that carry them. Most of them list prices right there, and honestly, they're probably way cheaper than what we pay here since the dollar is so weak—buying stuff in the US is such a steal.
Plus, the quality is better over there because the ones we get here aren't even the real deal; they're just local knockoffs sewn together here.
Look, I am 100% down for organ donation. I’ve actually had my donor card sitting in my wallet for years, all filled out and signed, but here's the thing—I haven't actually mentioned it to my primary care doctor yet. Like, does she even need to know? Should I tell her so she can scribble it down in my medical file or whatever, or is it totally unnecessary?

Bilirubin levels in Health ·
So, does anyone actually get why they need to check this stuff every three months? Like, if you've already got Gilbert syndrome, your bilirubin is always gonna be high anyway, and there isn't even a pill to fix it, right?

darkmaker said:When I had to get bloodwork done because of my birth control prescription, they caught an elevated bilirubin level of 40. Since all my other liver enzymes were perfectly normal, my doctor concluded it was just hyperbilirubinemia—or what’s commonly called Gilbert syndrome. Her advice was pretty standard: try to steer clear of fatty foods and alcohol whenever possible, load up on vegetables, and basically just try not to overtax my liver. By the way, she suggested switching from oral pills to contraceptive patches instead.
There isn't any medication for it; I just have to get my bilirubin levels checked every three months.

Here is my dilemma: I am following the guidelines strictly. I avoid heavy fats, and I've almost entirely cut out alcohol. However, if my meal consists of anything other than soup, salad, dry toast, fruit, or a few different types of vegetables, I feel terrible. I don't eat meat at all, and I can't even touch sweets—no cookies, ice cream, or chocolate. Everything else leaves me feeling nauseous, my stomach hurts for hours after eating, and I am constantly bloated. What am I supposed to eat? I simply cannot live on this restricted diet forever.

So that explains why I bloat up from basically everything! Like, my stomach is perfectly flat in the morning, then I eat one thing and boom—instant balloon. Is this because of the bilirubin? Because mine stays stuck at around 40 constantly too. Honestly, I haven't even bothered getting bloodwork done lately because what's the point? Why bother checking every three months when it’s always going to be high and there isn't even anything anyone can do about it anyway?
