Honestly, it should convert everything into a Word document without any drama, and once it's in Word, you can just copy whatever you need.

The trick is to make sure the movie file and the subtitle file have the exact same filename. For instance: My.Life.in.the.USA.avi and My.Life.in.the.USA.srt/sub.
