The thing is, I was seeing an ENT at the same time who was absolutely convinced my pressure issues were just caused by Eustachian tube dysfunction. He even went as far as guaranteeing that everything would feel fine once the surgery was over.
Can dental issues actually cause pressure in one ear? I’ve been dealing with this constant pressure in my right ear lately. My teeth are pretty fragile—they chip easily—and I’m actually missing a premolar on the right side. Honestly, my oral health hasn't been great. Some surgeons over at the Oakland medical center told me I need to get that tooth fixed and probably get a night guard because they suspect I'm grinding my teeth in my sleep. To be honest, that theory didn't sound all that convincing to me, so I spent my time trying to tackle the ear issue through an ENT instead. I've done everything from septum surgery to using various sprays, but nothing has touched it.

Honestly, vinyl only survives because of hipsters buying them up, even though most audio nerds agree the sound quality isn't actually better—if anything, it's worse. I've heard people claim tapes actually sound the best.

I might give that a go. I’ve always been pretty athletic, but lately, I’ve definitely packed on some weight. I'm probably sitting around 260 lbs right now, though I’m honestly too terrified to even step on a scale. Plus, I spent three years dealing with intercostal neuralgia, which didn't exactly help things.
I tried listening to those binaural beats, even attempted some self-hypnosis, and even sat in a hot tub for a while, but honestly, the tension in my body is just too high to let go.
Honestly, I’m wound up tighter than a drum right now. My whole body just feels incredibly tense, and I can’t seem to find any way to unwind. I could really use a sedative. I’m currently on some meds—Prozac and Klonopin—but I think I’ve already built up a tolerance to the Klonopin because it isn't doing a damn thing for me anymore. I even tried smoking some weed, but that just didn't sit right with me. I went through this whole ordeal with a weird illness recently, and now that things have finally settled down, my nerves are still shot. I'm just constantly on edge.
