There’s no need to be bitter, but let’s be honest—being a fan of Mercedes-Benz and Lewis Hamilton is pretty great right now. If I were pulling for them, I certainly wouldn't be complaining about this season; I mean, imagine just walking through the field and knocking everyone down one by one. 🍿
For the rest of us, watching the battle for the midfield is going to be interesting, since everyone seems to be neck-and-neck.

How much longer are we going to have to settle for fighting in the middle of the pack? This is heading into its seventh season, which is a long time. Then again, it's rare to have seasons where one team isn't dominant; it’s just boring when that team isn't yours. This is likely the biggest era of dominance we've seen yet, so credit to Mercedes-Benz for that. They make all the other teams feel like they're in a lower division. Great job.

Sebastian Vettel showed that British "pretty boy" who's boss
I honestly can't believe how weak Hamilton is, it's pathetic...
Check out this clip where Verstappen asks about his fastest lap gap, only for the team to tell him he's already too fast. 😁
Kimi is being exactly who you'd expect him to be... I honestly hope this is his final season. I think if Nico Hülkenberg or one of those younger drivers were in his seat right now, they’d absolutely crush it.
Laughter attack in Psychology ·
It happens—not all that often, but when a real fit of laughter hits, I just let it happen and ride it out. Of course, there are times when it’s definitely not ideal, but personally, I find it pretty hard to control. So far, the most awkward moments were probably during high school classes, where I’d frequently end up getting a reputation for being the class clown. 😁
As for feeling embarrassed, it’s rare, though I suppose it really depends on the setting.

Carl Rivera43 said:Does this ever happen to you guys? How do you handle it, or try to play it cool when you're stuck in a big crowd or just sitting at the office?

Do you get that awkward feeling and just try to laugh it off?

Hypothetically speaking, what’s the move if something like that happens at a funeral?

Ideally, you’d step away and wait for it to pass, or at least try to dial it down a bit.

Just wanted to say that Max Verstappen won me over completely today. Kid's got talent. 🙏 🙏🙏 🤣

I suspect Sebastian Vettel just had a slightly off day; nothing major, really.
Kimi had another great start and a solid race. Rosberg is finally showing some aggression—he hasn't been this assertive in quite a while.
Excellent work from Filip Nasr 👍
And yet another mediocre race, at least in my opinion.

Where on earth did Hulk come from to grab eighth? I haven't had a chance to catch the practice sessions or qualifying, and I haven't seen anything about them bringing upgrades to Indianapolis Motor Speedway. I'm happy to see him making it into Q3, but I honestly have no clue how they pulled that off. 🤷
Sebastian Vettel's championship-winning drive 🙏
Looks like I'm not the only one who woke up an hour early. 😁

Sebastian Vettel for the win, Fernando Alonso for the points. 👋👋

But isn't that just the whole charm of Formula 1?
I guess I couldn't stand Alonso either, but everything changed once he moved to Ferrari... I suppose the same applies to Vettel.
Brian Campbell36 said:Why does a victory for Ferrari catch them off guard? For instance, when Red Bull beat Mercedes last year right in the middle of their internal rivalry, they acted like it was perfectly normal. Yet here we are, where 90% of the coverage focuses on Ferrari, and it’s almost exclusively negative commentary.🤦

From now on, I'll just stick to watching the Americans and how they constantly lecture the Germans (Hamilton).

As a Ferrari fan, I have to admit this win caught me off guard. I was holding out hope that they could pull something off, but I wasn't exactly certain. It makes sense that even the team was surprised. Last year, they spent most of the season just struggling to scrape together a few points. I think Ferrari's goal for this season was to secure two wins, but honestly, even they probably weren't expecting to take one this early—especially not in such dominant fashion.

It wasn't even surprising last year, since Daniel Ricciardo's wins were mostly down to some unfortunate luck for Germany. But this? This was a pure victory for Sebastian Vettel on the track—driven by sheer, unadulterated speed.
I had goosebumps from head to toe watching Vettel roar down the starting straight.... GRANDE VETTEL, FERRARI IS BACK!

Now it's finally time to enjoy hearing that Italian-German anthem again.... WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Forza Ferrari
Jacob White49 said:So, how does that race stack up under the new scoring system? Are we looking at an 8, a 7, or maybe even a 9?

So you set an alarm for 7:45 and you're definitely not going to miss it, huh?😬
Fernando 🙏 🙏

If our drivers end up finishing 6th and 10th, we can't exactly be happy... calling them bad is... well, putting it mildly.

What a race 🙏 🙏 🙏
Everything else feels secondary as long as Philip is okay... I honestly thought my heart was going to stop for a second there. It’s also a relief to see that Perez is alright, since he looked like he hit the wall pretty hard. This race actually managed to top the 2011 Canadian Grand Prix.
Congrats to Ricciardo, and Bravo to Vettel too 🙏
