Sam Reed Asks: I’d love to see the look on Mamic's face when he sees a packed house at the Los Angeles Lakers arena, instead of just a hundred paid actors over at Yankee Stadium. 😁
Is it Mamic sitting around playing kingmaker in the Lakers' inner circle? Or maybe it’s Zoki showing up to the grand opening of some training facility for Lakers players—a facility that Real Madrid "lent" 8 million bucks to. Or rather, they didn't exactly invest it; they just "loaned" it. I guess.
The Los Angeles Lakers are basically in the same boat as Real Madrid right now. The only difference is that fewer people bother showing up to watch the Lakers since there’s just less hype surrounding them. Honestly, the only reason I'd even consider catching a game is because of Saric. The kid is a little genius, I guess.
Hmm, I picked up three tickets for some international soccer matches without showing any ID. I mean, I had my driver's license on me, but the other two guys didn't really have anything...

Basically, the Boys are surrounded on three sides every single game. It’s just that nobody is guarding them from below. On the flanks, you’ve got security standing three feet away, and riot police hovering just inches behind them. Then you've got more security and riot squads positioned above them on the upper tier (which can be lowered whenever they feel like it).
Today, there were three full-blown searches at the stadium entrance.
The topic's been dead for a while, so if I’m digging this up, my bad to the mods. I just have one question.
I’m colorblind—a mild version, I guess, though I don't really know which kind. Honestly, I don't care much about the specifics. 🤷
Just one thing:
Is there some kind of trick to help me tell yellow and red apart a bit better? When I'm looking at them up close, I can tell they're different, but once I step back, they just look identical. Is there any trick, anything at all? 🤷
New York Cosmos won't sell tickets to the Red Army! 400 tickets meant for the Red Army are being released to local fans instead.
"Since the Red Army hasn't reached out to the New York Cosmos management by Sunday, September 29, 2013, the club board—working in coordination with the FBI and the USSF—has decided to release those reserved West Stand tickets to general membership, friends of the club, and the rest of the public in the Washington, D.C. area. These 400 tickets are now on sale at the club office today from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and tomorrow on game day from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM."
Larry Fox5 said:When are they finally gonna drop the Champions League schedule? Matches start in just a few days and we still don't have a "program"... Seriously, who is even in charge of kicking off the season this year?
Unfortunately, you have to pay for the VIP package, $13 which is a monthly thing. I ended up paying because I really wanted to catch some of the races, so I've got the VIP access right now.
The pre-race coverage has already started over on Sky Sports HD 😍
Jason Campbell70 said:Like I said—it's the best and most useful outcome of this whole Kretenator mess.
Sometimes people are forced by circumstance into finding something much better.
What kind of amateur hour was Kretenator running? With high-speed internet, satellite, and cable TV right at his fingertips, how did he manage that?
I usually just watch the ESPN stream where they have two Mexican commentators. There isn't all that screaming whenever someone overtakes someone else, like you see over at Prasička. People just comment normally, and more importantly, they actually know a lot about Formula 1.
At least for me, since I only tune in for qualifying and the races. 😁
That's pretty much it. I enjoy their broadcasts. 👍
