Can you actually get surgery for free if I have supplemental insurance? I’m looking at aesthetic stuff—do you think it’s possible to just tell the doctor that I sometimes have trouble breathing so they'll cover it for free?

I'm getting that "API has expired" error message too, which is a bit of a bummer...

Hopefully someone can get this sorted out soon!!
Honestly, if I’m dropping over $150 on this, I’m expecting nothing less than a total masterpiece for my nose—exactly how I’ve always envisioned it—or they can just GTFO...
Does anyone have a list of private doctors who totally botched their procedures? I’m trying to figure out who to absolutely avoid when I go in for my own surgery next year!
Do you think it would be possible to pay for an operation—say, $667 right away—and then just spread the rest out over monthly installments? Ideally maybe 24 months?

Has anyone by any chance gone through a nose job at Sinteza Medical Clinic using this specific method
I was wondering—and this is just me being cautious, I guess—but with most surgeons out there, is it actually possible to pay things off in 24 monthly installments (basically over two years)?
I just shot an email over to the Meister Medical Team San Diego... and here's what they sent back:
Dear ,
Thanks for reaching out. Based on the surgeon's review of the photos you provided, the estimated cost for the rhinoplasty would be $2.25.
Best regards,

The Meister Medical Team San Diego

Do you guys think it’s actually possible to get this done for such a "low" price? 👋
briskmason42 said:I really hope things go smoothly for you—honestly, I can totally relate to how you're feeling. Right after they took the mold off, everything looked perfectly straight, but now that I'm four months out, I've got a follow-up revision scheduled... It turns out I’m headed back into surgery because I ended up with this noticeable hump that sticks out, and now my nose looks all crooked too. Just one of those things, I guess! 🙂 But hey, since you mentioned that there’s a bruise there and your nose is actually broken—I mean, honestly—I really think you should just sit this one out. 🙂

So, are you actually planning on going back under the knife for another surgery?? I’m curious—how does that whole process even work in reality? Like, if the surgeon totally misses the mark—you know, if your nose doesn't end up looking exactly how it was supposed to—do they just give you a free redo or what? Just wondering how that works out...
So, I was just thinking—do you think it’d be possible to, say, drop like $800 or $900 upfront right away, and then just spread the rest out over some monthly installments?
Oh, one more thing—has anyone here actually had surgery with Dr. Nin Vidas?
So, I’ve been casually scrolling through prices over in the States and abroad lately—and wow—some of these things are hitting the $10,000 mark?! Like, seriously?
I can't help but wonder... what's the actual catch that makes everything back home feel so "cheap" by comparison?--maybe it's just me being a bit clueless, but it's wild to think about.
I could probably go for that too
Can I pay for nose surgery in installments, and if so, what's the maximum number of payments allowed?
3/10

Gotta bump that score up a bit just because of Christopher fuckin' Daniels!
So, what did your nose actually look like before the surgery? Was it kind of hunched or maybe had a prominent bump?
Carol Garcia32 said:I actually went to get my nose touched up at that same Dr. Toncic Clinic, and honestly, I don't regret it one bit—not the money, and not those little aches you deal with at first. I'm super happy with how it turned out, so I really hope you have the same experience!

super !! I’m still saving up for my own surgery (I’m still just a high schooler, so I only have a tiny bit of cash tucked away 🙂 ), but I seriously can't wait to get it over with. I've just been feeling so self-conscious about my profile lately... plus, I know it's going to be such a huge boost for my confidence! ....if you don't mind me asking, how much did your "touch-up" end up costing? 😉
So, I sent an email over to the Dr. Toncic Clinic a few days ago with some photos of my nose... and their response was basically that if I want them to fix this $167tip🙂, it's going to set me back about $6,000.
Well, nothing else to do now but start saving up those pennies...
Here are some photos just so you guys get an idea of what we're working with
this is how it looks normally :/

And honestly, if I just lift the tip of my nose slightly with my finger, it actually looks totally normal

A few posts back, I was asking if it's actually possible to just have the surgeon tweak the tip a little bit—without it costing me like $1,500? 🙂

Thanks so much!
So, is it actually possible to just lift ONLY the tip of my nose... without the price tag hitting $15,000 or $20,000? Like, maybe something more reasonable, say under $3,000 or $4,000? 🙂
analogbison15 said:I'm actually curious about this too—personally, I think my nose would look so much better if they could just lift the tip slightly, or maybe if they tightened up the skin around it...
