Have some fun with Taylor Swift😂 or maybe check out Connect😁

I’ve been catching up on some footage of his recent training sessions, and honestly, he looks incredible. I’m really hoping he leans more heavily into his striking and starts using those hands more often.
They’re saying he’s sitting at about 238 lbs, but even so, he looks surprisingly quick—especially considering he's only three months out from surgery.

Only the strongest survive.🙂

We just got official confirmation from the Cro Cop camp.

Are we really basing this entire conclusion just on listening to them? Because that seems like a massive stretch.☕

This is absolutely appalling😱

I don't even think it's a matter of intelligence on this guy's part—it's more about the "people" who actually sit there and listen to this garbage☕

You just head to their website, pick out your payment method and set up regular shipping, then make sure to leave a nice little note in the comments asking them to ship the package via USPS! Once ESPN gets that shipment moving toward the post office, they'll shoot you an email letting you know it’s on its way.
Then you just drive over to Canada and pick up your gear!
Honestly, if you grab two or three buddies to order stuff with you, it makes everything so much easier.👍

Every single person I know who orders stuff handles bringing it across the border without any issues at all—unless, of course, you're trying to smuggle an entire semi-truck worth of goods.😁

I even heard about a time when four guys were carrying about €800 worth of stuff, and the customs officer just looked at them and asked, "Hey guys, do you really need that much to drink?"🤣

👏 Greatttttttt

There are all sorts of theories floating around out there—do yourself a favor and do a little Google search.
Generally speaking, you really need at least 1 gram of protein for every kilogram of body weight. If you’re an athlete or if you’re actually serious about getting into bodybuilding, you should be aiming closer to 1.5 to 2 grams. Of course, it isn't just about the macros—you have to stay on top of your vitamins and hydration too. There are quite a few little nuances to keep in mind if you want to see real results.
You really ought to take a moment to dive deep and actually study what this is.Hey everyone, just checking in! How's it going? The impact!
Google is performing absolute miracles!

Just to throw a little math into the mix here: if you’re tracking your macros, keep in mind that 100g of lean meat will land you right around 25g of protein, a liter of milk gives you about 35g, and a high-quality can of tuna packs roughly 40g.

ESPN is an absolute steal if you live near the border or close to Canada. You just place your order with a note asking them to ship it to your nearest USPS location so you can pick it up there. I mean, why would anyone bother driving all the way out of Washington, D.C., or Indianapolis, or even San Francisco, just to hit up a Canadian post office to grab a package? It’s a tiny price to pay for the savings.
My last order was about $170 for me and a buddy, and of course, we didn't have to deal with any customs fees—we ended up saving double what we would've spent locally. Besides, you can't even get IBM products or certain other gear here in the States, so ESPN is basically the law!

☕To me, the band is top-tier. I don't see the point in judging a group based on whether they're in their old era or their new one. It’s pretty simple: I either listen to them or I don't.

In Flames:klap:

This album is going to be an absolute beast☕

I mean, seriously,👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 🙂 🙂
