Hey, seriously—go see an ENT! If you’re planning on diving, you really ought to get that perforation closed. From what I’ve seen, they basically take a tiny piece of cartilage from your tragus and graft it onto the eardrum to patch things up.

You really need to go get that checked out—don't let anyone talk you out of it. It’s honestly one of the best diagnostic tools out there since it’s totally non-invasive, yet it can clear up so much confusion.

With Crohn's, it’s a possibility—since that disease can flare up anywhere from your mouth down to the other end—though it mostly hits the end of the small intestine and the colon.
Ulcerative colitis usually involves frequent diarrhea, but you don't typically see vomiting with it.
