So we just got hit with another delay, and honestly, none of those social security measures were even on the table. I don't even get why they're bothering with this stuff in the first place.

So, looks like some of you guys who asked for an extension have already heard back from the registrar, but I’m still sitting here in total silence

We've got this priest at our local parish—God help us, what a total piece of work. Just some young, self-important "philosopher" type who thinks he's God's gift to the world.

It's tragic, honestly. And the worst part? There's plenty more where that came from; it just hasn't hit the mainstream news cycle yet. Poor kid, and man, his mother... if he were my child, I think things would have gone a lot differently. I doubt there isn't a single TV station or newspaper in the States that hasn't picked up on this. When I saw that footage, my heart just broke. It was like seeing someone who serves the devil instead of God.👎

I've got a question...
If I don't sign my kid up for religious ed classes at school, can they still take communion and do their First Communion or Confirmation later on?
Because when I see this kind of filth happening, I lose all desire to be involved, but at the same time, I am a believer and I'd still love for my kid to go through those milestones just like I did.

Just finished our systematic exam today, and man, it dragged on for a solid two hours. Seriously, they were grilling us on everything under the sun 😲
So, when do you think I’ll hear back about whether I get a deferral or not? Will they send something to my house, or am I gonna get hauled into the principal's office for a talk?

As for the question about delaying enrollment, she mentioned that they eventually told her they do respect parental wishes, so if a parent insists on a delay, it will be granted.

So, yeah... that's just what she went through...

but these people at the school always have to act like they're some kind of geniuses.

So, who's actually pulling the strings on these delays anyway?
