Speaking as a former moderator, I can tell you firsthand—more than once—it gets pretty damn stupid for the mods dealing with the current mess. And honestly? It's not even all on them. Most of these guys are just "security guards," not the actual IT crew who have the power to fix things when everything goes sideways. Sometimes they don't even know what to tell the users because they're stuck in the dark, waiting on some admin or tech lead to give them an update on what’s actually happening or how long the outage will last.🤷
Yeah, I get that mods aren't wizards, but there's gotta be someone in charge who can actually step up and do something about this. One of the biggest, most active forums in the country has turned into a total joke. They've been dragging their feet for months on that feature where you can actually track your own posts and threads. Now the site keeps crashing, it's lagging like crazy, and now this? What’s next? I'm just sitting here waiting for the next disaster to hit.☕
Man, this forum is seriously falling apart at the seams. It’s constant. Every single time I log on, there’s some new glitch or mess-up. Pretty soon we won't even be able to sign in or drop a damn post without everything breaking. And don't even get me started on this "checking" loop. It’s absolute insanity—it just spins for five seconds over and over again before the page finally loads. Then, if you actually want to write something? Forget about it. The whole thing is just a complete circus. You basically have to perform a ritual just to post.

For three days straight, this thing pops up constantly. Every single time I finish typing a post and hit "post reply," instead of my actual message showing up on the board, I just get hit with a totally blank white screen. 😍
I can't tell if it's supposed to symbolize some kind of pure innocence or if the site is just surrendering to chaos. 😬
Man, this is driving me absolutely insane I'm sitting here typing away like an idiot, only for nothing to send—just a blank page and then a total lockout. 🙂 So far, it’s only happening when I'm on my phone.
Some of these images just won't load, man. I read somewhere that hitting F5 is supposed to kick them into gear, but honestly, nothing is happening on my end. How the hell am I supposed to get them to open?
Let me tell you something, they aren’t ever giving us back those extra days. Not a chance. They’re just gonna push everything out to the end of next month instead. It’s straight-up disrespectful, honestly.
So now we’re just waiting around for pictures to actually load? This entire forum has been a complete train wreck lately. Seriously, nothing works. Images aren't loading, you can't even see posts—yours or anyone else's—for love or money, and half the time the site just hangs so you can't even log in. It's absolutely pathetic.

I honestly don't know what her clinical reasoning is (other than her own personal anecdote about waiting until a kid was 7 instead of 6, which worked out great for her, but hey, that's just one person's experience and nothing more).
So, for Harold Cook2: since you're living on the East Coast side of town and will probably head to her for the physical anyway, you can get that delay approved without any hassle if that's what you want to do. Between the school's specialist teams and the onsite psychologists all being on board with starting school a bit later, it’s pretty easy. From what I've seen firsthand, kids who get held back for no major reason other than "they're still acting like little kids" can easily get that extension the following year too, if you decide to go that route then.
Yeah, I'm on the East Side.😉 Where exactly is this checkup happening?
I don't want to start a whole new thread here, but I wasn't thinking about delaying school for money reasons like some people are claiming in here. It's strictly about him being immature. That is the only reason.
So, my little guy is supposed to start school next year. By September, he’ll be about six or seven months old—which sounds crazy, I know—but the kid is just a total whirlwind. He’s hyperactive, always on the move, and honestly? School isn't going to be his vibe. I know there's still plenty of time before then, but let's be real, I don't see him slowing down anytime soon. Is there any way we can just push his start date back to the following year?
Richard Walker38 said:I mean, seriously? That feature’s been broken for an entire month now. It takes these guys a whole freaking month just to fix one tiny little thing on the forum? Lol
Obviously. And honestly? Doesn't look like they're fixing it anytime soon either. Total joke.😛
I was on them for like half a decade. Had to keep sucking them down just to get the full picture of my hormones and everything else going on inside. I was strictly taking them to keep my period regulated, and now that I’ve quit, everything’s stalled out again—I’m not even getting a flow.🙂 So yeah, I'm seriously thinking about starting back up.
