And, truth be told, I still do...

Me too!!! Count me in!!!👋 👋 🙂

If I can't find it, I'll just burn a CD and mail it to you. 🙂 I really hope I still have it somewhere in my collection. 😁

I'm going to try to track it down...
darling....🙏
Looking for a gynecologist in Cleveland in Health ·
Take a look at what Brnčić Fischer is doing over at Medica... she actually is taking on new patients right now.
She's located right across from the main entrance of the Mayo Clinic—in that hallway just before you hit the Amadeus wing, near that little bistro area.
I personally only went to see her once with a referral, and I have to say, she came across as a bit cold to me. People’s opinions on her seem all over the map, too... some folks find her absolutely freezing, while others swear she's the absolute best. Maybe you'll have better luck with her!

I actually have a CD featuring music from the series 😍. It features the specific song that we've decided to play at the wedding 😍. 😬

I tried sending you a private message, but your inbox is completely slammed so it wouldn't go through... where on earth did you find that CD? I've been hunting for it for years... seriously... please let me know!😘

It would be common sense, wouldn't it? You shouldn't be applying polish during that window.

Honestly, I saw an improvement almost immediately—my nails felt nourished, my cuticles were finally hydrated... and they just looked lovely. You do it one day, they look great, you do it again tomorrow, they look great... and so on. But I truly believe that after about ten days, you hit that "sweet spot" where it really works.

For me, within about 10 to 14 days, my nails had already started growing much faster and felt significantly stronger (mine are chronically soft, if you can believe it).

All in all, after about three weeks, I finally had perfect nails ready for a French manicure...🎉 which, quite frankly, has been my absolute dream ever since I first discovered the French manicure style (and I've known about it for a very long time...).

Generally speaking, I am beyond satisfied. This olive oil was a total lifesaver for me... both for my nails and my hair. Now, I simply can't live without it!

And just for pure indulgence... try slathering some honey onto your hands and nails (especially the cuticles)... then wrap them up in a plastic bag for about 10 minutes. Afterward, they will be literally as soft as a baby's skin... because honey is incredible at locking in moisture. (I do the exact same thing for my face regularly—minus the plastic bag, obviously.)

Well, I used to spend quite a bit of time taking those Merz supplements myself... they cost well over twenty dollars, and honestly, I didn't notice any significant difference at all. Apparently, you have to go through at least two or three full bottles before you can even begin to see an effect. Who knows if that's true? Regardless, I simply wasn't willing to throw that kind of money away for nothing.

I haven't seen any recent posts from Patrick Anderson3 regarding this topic. It feels like there’s been a bit of a lull in the discussion lately! kaže:
So, let me get this straight—you’re telling me you just pour a little olive oil into a small cup and soak your nails in it once a day? That's really the whole routine? 😬 I might just have to give it a shot; I’m honestly reaching a point of total desperation. 😢

I would typically soak my nails for about 5 to 10 minutes—or however long I could manage to sit there doing absolutely nothing. You can't exactly run around the house with greasy hands, can you? Once that time was up, I’d just take a paper towel and wipe away any excess so it wouldn't drip everywhere. As for whatever ended up on my skin, I’d simply massage it back into my nails and cuticles. Then, after a quick wash with soap, I’d finish off by applying a standard moisturizer.

To be honest, that really saved my life! I’ve actually shifted my routine to just once a week now. I always keep a little jar of jojoba oil sitting right on my kitchen counter specifically for this purpose—that way, I don't have to go wasting my good, fresh oil every single time I need a quick touch-up.
I personally can't stand mixing lemon juice directly into my oils—it always leaves behind such an unsightly residue that I just can't abide. However, I do make a point to perform a specialized scrub once a week using sugar and about half a lemon. I massage it thoroughly into my hands and then slip on some plastic gloves to let it sit for about ten minutes. While it feels like any other exfoliant, there is a distinct difference here: the lemon works wonders at fading those stubborn dark spots, while the sugar ensures the skin stays perfectly hydrated.

In my personal experience, you simply won't find any drugstore cream that can truly stand in for these exfoliants.

Patrick Anderson3 said:I’ve always had strong, healthy nails that grew out easily and held polish perfectly. But over the last two months, they’ve started peeling terribly. Every single time I apply polish, it just chips off by the next day right where the layers are separating at the tips. It’s infuriating. 👎I just want my smooth, non-peeling nails back. Does anyone have any suggestions? This sudden change makes no sense. Please help!

It sounds like you might be dealing with a nutritional deficiency... specifically vitamins. If I recall correctly, B vitamins are essential for both hair and nail health. You should really get some blood work done to check your levels...
and perhaps start taking some vitamin supplements... you know, those ones packed with all the natural goodness life has to offer...

When I was going through my own nightmare with my nails (it was a total disaster... I spent a year and a half trying to fix them...), nothing seemed to work until I started applying olive oil to my nails every single day... that truly worked wonders for me. Now, they are absolutely gorgeous...
