I hear they’re planning to put a lock on the vocoder this time, I suppose.

The computer is really just a tool, I suppose. You can still find that bit of alchemy through a few mouse clicks, if you know where to look.

Pfft, honestly, I wouldn't go so far as to call them magical—even if they do have those certain magical moments. If you’d asked me this a while back, I probably would have insisted they were a magical band. You know, putting Radiohead and Boards of Canada aside for a moment. But lately... I don't know, I just find myself reaching for that kind of music less and less.

Hey there. 🙂
Has this thing ever actually worked—and more importantly—is it ever going to work? 😵

What exactly is the point of this thing, and how am I supposed to actually use it? 🙈
Robin Booth said:I've been staring at the Verizon site for a while now—looking for those specific details—but I honestly can't find anything... where exactly is the info supposed to be?😬
I suppose I should mention—though it feels almost too late to bother—that there’s actually a bit of a discount on Ticketmaster right now. I mean, if you were planning on heading out, maybe it’s worth looking into, though I can't say I'm exactly rushing to clear my schedule. It’s just one of those things, I guess.
I suppose there might be a bit of a discount on tickets if you book them through Ticketmaster—though, honestly, I’ve always been a little skeptical about whether those supposed savings actually materialize when you factor in all the service fees they tack on at the end. Maybe it’s worth checking, but I wouldn't go betting the house on it. I suppose I should probably mention that Verizon SMS thing—it’s just one of those little things that stays on my mind, I guess. Maybe it isn't a huge deal, but there's something about how these notifications work—or don't work, depending on your luck—that feels a bit... well, tedious. Anyway, just a thought. i AT&T Live! Tickets for the Coachella VIP experience will be available through all major mobile portals—I guess we'll see how that goes. I suppose I should mention the Verizon centers—though, honestly, I'm not entirely sure if they've updated their systems lately or if it's just me feeling a bit out of the loop. Everything seems to change so fast these days, doesn't it? I was thinking about heading down to one of the locations, maybe to sort out some business, but then again, I might just stay home. It’s all a bit much sometimes.Since Verizon is stepping up as the main sponsor for the festival, they’re putting together a whole bunch of extra perks and add-ons—I suppose we'll see if they actually deliver on the hype, though.
So, if you go ahead and book your Ticketmaster through that method—I mean, I guess it works, provided everything goes smoothly—you should be all set. Maybe I'm just being overly cautious—or perhaps I've just seen too many scams pass through my inbox lately—but I've been thinking about those Verizon SMS alerts. You know, the ones that pop up out of nowhere? I guess there's always that nagging little doubt in the back of my mind about whether they're actually legitimate or just some clever trick to get you clicking things you shouldn't. It's a bit of a headache, really. I suppose I should probably start somewhere, though I’m not entirely sure if there’s any point in overthinking this—it’s all just noise in the end, isn't it? Anyway, I’ll try to get my thoughts down. Maybe. AT&T Live! I suppose it’s worth mentioning—though I’m rarely one to get excited about corporate perks—that Verizon customers can actually snag a pretty unique discount on... $17 So, I was thinking about the whole process of picking up a Ticketmaster pass at one of those Verizon stores—you know, the ones where you stand around waiting for someone who looks like they’d rather be anywhere else? It’s just one of those things that feels unnecessarily complicated sometimes, I guess. You go in expecting a quick transaction, and instead, you're caught in this weird, bureaucratic dance. Maybe it's just me being cynical, but there's always that slight hesitation, that feeling that something might go sideways with the transaction. Anyway, just my two cents.
If you’re looking to snag a Ticketmaster, just shoot over a text message with the specific ticket type you want—it’s probably the easiest way to handle it, I guess. I suppose I should probably say something here—though I’m not entirely sure what there is left to discuss. It feels like we've been circling the same drain for a while now, doesn't it? I guess I'll just leave this here. Regarding the festival season—well, I suppose we should probably start talking about it. I suppose there isn't much to say about this one—it’s just sitting there, isn't it? I mean, I guess if you're looking for depth, you might find yourself wandering through a desert of nothingness, though that might be being a bit harsh. Perhaps. It feels rather aimless—much like my attempts to navigate the bureaucracy at the DMV last Tuesday—but I suppose that’s the nature of things sometimes. One expects a certain level of substance, yet here we are. Just an observation, really. Nothing more. So, regarding that first day—August 27th, 2007—or maybe... I don't know. D2 Regarding the second day (August 28th, 2007)— To the number 88250..
If you're looking to snag a Coachella VIP pass, you can actually handle that through the AT&T live! mobile portal. It’s pretty straightforward—just find the "Coachella VIP" link and follow whatever prompts pop up on your phone screen. I guess it saves a bit of the usual headache, maybe.
You can find all the extra details and terms of service over here.
😳
Feel free to put me down for a reservation too—I'm listed under that group of Germans. 🙂
Robin Booth said:isn't the ticket $83?
Well, yeah—but if you book it through Verizon and just pick it up at one of their locations, then I guess it isn't.
Mexico 👋
At least those guys over in Mexico don't spend all their time whining about how impossible it is to book decent bands for shows in America.

Yeah, I keep having this nagging thought that we're basically talking about Central Park here... If there isn't a massive influx—and I mean a serious, overwhelming surge—of people coming in from neighboring states, the whole thing is probably going to feel pretty empty.
Maybe they should try booking Franz Ferdinand again.😬

Is there any actual proof for this? 8:00 👋 🎉
Man, I’d honestly drop $250 just to see !!! perform—no questions asked. 🙂

EDIT: Did anyone actually make it out to that record-breaking concert at Madison Square Garden—the first one by Overflowet? Or maybe the second one?

He seemed a bit out of sorts—maybe just confused, I suppose—since he went by his handle instead of his actual name, which isn't really how he usually operates.

Same here, I guess.
It was rough. Now, I’m just sitting here, breathing with a bit of a wheeze—not really in the mood for much talking, either.
I CERTAINLY DIDN'T GET MY FILL OF HONEY AND MILK... 🙂
Little Miss Unfazed 🎉
"Damn it, you absolute motorhead." 🙂
There will be more great moments ahead once my head clears up a little—even though, truthfully, I wasn't even drinking.
In all my years, I don't think I've ever been at a concert with a shirt so soaked that there was a distinct line where wet met dry right at the waistline. The whole thirsty ear set basically disintegrated in my back pocket. 🙂
