ironcyclist58 Look, I said it the second it became obvious that Google was the search engine being used. I wrote it right then... but all they gave me there was the option to edit other stuff, nothing else 😠
Great, I clicked on it, and now suddenly Google is my default search engine when that's definitely not what I wanted 👎 I didn't even touch anything else, it just set itself up automatically 😠just because I poked around in manage options 🙂 The settings don't even give me an option to get rid of Google 🤦, you can edit the URL address, sure, but there's no way to actually delete it... I'm starting to think something is seriously wrong here 🤦

So this thing started popping up a few weeks back. I downloaded the trial version of Malwarebytes and ran a full sweep on my laptop, but dammit, the same crap keeps happening. Every single time I try to search for something, it just forces me straight to this page 😠. What am I supposed to do about this?
Malwarebytes is still running, scans aren't finding a damn thing, and Safari is definitely set as my default browser!

Hey everyone, quick question—does anyone know if it actually works to delay your period using pills? I’m currently on day 7 of my break and waiting for it to start. The problem is I have this massive trip coming up soon, and it looks like it's going to hit right during the last week of my travels 🤦 I was thinking, if I don't start the next pack this Monday like I usually do, but wait until the following week instead, will that push my period back?!?! My doctor is out on vacation right now, so I'm kind of stuck...

Or, if you don't feel like doing that, just click that little flag icon down by the clock, open up the Action Center, and hit "change action center settings" on the left. From there, just uncheck the box for virus protection and hit OK. That should do it... the flag won't keep nagging you with alerts anymore.
Thanks Benjamin King2 😘 I'll give that other trick a shot once I get home. Reinstalling isn't really an option for me though, since this Norton was set up three years ago by some IT guy at a firm in a different city... I don't have any of the license keys or anything like that 😁!
driftingbadger17 I tried restarting everything, shut the antivirus down and fired it back up, but still nothing... my Windows isn't some pirated mess and neither is my Norton
My bad if I’m posting this in the wrong section 😁 yesterday, I noticed this little icon pop up in the bottom right corner—it was a red circle with a white X labeled OAC—and it started throwing two messages at me. One was just noise, but the other one actually matters because it’s about Security... it says my antivirus (Norton) has been disabled. So, I click "turn on now," it asks me "do you want to run this program," I hit yes, and... nothing. Absolutely nothing happens. But then, when I manually launch Norton myself, it shows everything is active and running perfectly fine 🤷😕 what the hell is going on here?!
I recently got some advice to pick up some Marek HEMOROL cream for hemorrhoids at the local pharmacy. I think I paid about $17 if I remember correctly... honestly, I was in so much pain. Going to the bathroom was a total nightmare. That evening, right after my shower, I applied it generously to the area, and by the next morning, things felt so much better. I couldn't believe how fast it kicked in. I kept applying it twice a day for a few days and everything just cleared up... no more pain. Now, that tube is a permanent resident in my medicine cabinet 🙂... I really hope this helps someone else as much as it helped me 😉
A year or two ago, I went with my partner to some dental consultations over on Warsaw Avenue, but I can't for the life of me remember their last names. I think there were two doctors involved and the practice was named after them, something like 🤷. Anyway, I took a stroll down toward Warsaw Avenue yesterday, but the office is gone... just totally vanished. Now it looks like that flower shop 🤔 moved in or something? Does anyone have any idea what happened to them or where they went? Any info would be great 👍

I know, I know, I get it... but the point is I *had* genuine Windows. It doesn't matter how I got them or where they came from, they were legit. But then I move to a different city and lose my go-to tech guy who used to fix everything for me. That’s the bigger issue. Since I don't know anyone else around here who actually knows what they're doing with computers, I take my rig to a local repair shop. And what do I get? 😲 I end up with "those" versions of Windows, and the technician insists they were already like that when I brought them in 😕 instead of being the originals 🙂 so now I've lost my legitimate software and just ended up with a massive headache instead 😠
Honestly, I think that’s every girl's absolute worst nightmare. It’s heavy stuff. My cousin actually went through this... a doctor told her straight up that she wouldn't be able to have kids. I can't even remember if it was her or her husband who got the bad news, but whatever the case, they were just left hanging. Fast forward seven years, and somehow, against all odds, she got pregnant. No fancy fertility treatments, no pills, nothing... they just kind of accepted their fate and lived with the hope that maybe, just maybe, God would bless them. And that’s exactly what happened. So, my take? If you get hit with some devastating news like that, don't let it crush you. You have to hold onto some kind of hope and faith... there's always a chance. I'm just really happy everything turned out fine in the end 👍

Actually, let me put it better 😁 sorry, black won't work without color, but color *can* work without black. Still, that wasn't my situation, so I ended up getting the short end of the stick...😢
Just wanted to give a heads-up to anyone who didn't realize you actually need both toner cartridges to be full if you want to print anything... doesn't matter if you're just trying to run a black and white job or color. I had to figure it out the hard way at the HG store 🙂
