Gošk vs. Vitez 1 1,40 @bet365

Vitez is already out of the league, and they’ve dropped all four of their last matches. Too much? Their last meeting over in Gabela a month ago ended 2-0 for the home side. With how well things have been going lately, the local squad is just five points ahead of the relegation zone—and they still have to play that away game in Zenica. Gošk really should cruise through this one and lock down their spot without breaking a sweat. Might be worth a shot on halftime/fulltime 1/1 at 2.20.

Lokomotiva vs. Slaven Belupo 1x 1,30 @bet365

Lokomotiva has been playing pretty rough this spring, putting their survival in jeopardy since they're sitting just three points above the drop zone, while Istra and Cibalia are only five back.
Their only real highlight was that 4-1 win against Dinamo, a game we don't even need to talk about. Now they’re facing Slaven, a team that historically struggles on the road—they're currently on a three-game away losing streak.
In this matchup, Lokomotiva absolutely has to hold onto their points if they want to stay in the league.

Double

Double Dergview-Lurgan Celtic (Northern Ireland football) 16:00

pick 1 1.57

It's a clash between the bottom two teams in the league. Last place drops, second to last hits the playoffs. Dergview is sitting nearly 11 points ahead, but they're still 4 points shy of safety with a game in hand. Meanwhile, Lurgan is on a five-game skid with a goal difference of 1:26. Seems like a golden opportunity for the home side to close that gap in the relegation scrap.

Zemplin-Z. Moravce pick 1 1.62 (Slovakia) 17:00

Home team has won their last five. The visitors? Zero wins this half-season, just one draw to show for it. Home side's recent form is roughly 2-3-0. Even if this isn't their most critical match, I'm thinking they can grab all three points and coast into the season break.

Haven't posted in a minute, so here's one, even if the odds already dropped:

RNK Split - Hajduk Split 2 1.44 @ betfair (1-1)

The Split squad is looking pretty gutted, honestly. Their season has been a total disaster—only 8 points in 20 games. They didn't even land the coach they actually wanted; just some random replacement stepped in at the last second.
On the flip side, Hajduk is killing it in preseason. All wins, great vibes under the new manager. Fighting for that 3rd place spot against Osijek adds some nice spice, plus they'll be looking for payback after the cup. Defense took a hit losing Simic and Kalinic, but the attack is lethal right now. I think Hajduk takes this.

Confidence: 10/10

For a smaller play (1/10), maybe try F+2 2.30 @ss

Gerald Carter53 said:St. Paul is playing some Chinese side now. Then they face Basel in five. Their reserves are busy playing against Dortmund's reserves. Even their main striker is away at the Africa Cup semi-finals. How do these people even try to piece a lineup together? Maybe just pray for a bad draw... Basel might take it.

Basel is definitely the favorite here. St. Paul is missing a few guys, including their top scorer, but they’ve got three senior squads to pull from, so depth shouldn't be an issue. Since the second string is facing the Chinese team, Basel will likely show up with their full starting XI.

Weekly ticket:

1. St. Louis City SC vs Dragovoljac 1-1. 4:45 PM on Nov 11th. Another boring draw? Who even cares anymore?

Kraft Heinz has been absolutely killing it over the last six matches—going 4-1-1. Meanwhile, if you look at the bottom, Imola and the rest are just struggling to stay afloat with a pathetic 0-3-3 record. And St. Louis City SC? They’re an absolute disaster on the road, sitting at 0-1-6. Honestly, mark my words, St. Louis is headed straight for the third division next season. As for Kraft Heinz, they've always had their sights set on the top tier. This league is a total meat grinder right now, with only six points separating 1st from 10th. If Kraft Heinz wants to actually matter in this race, they need those three points just to stay relevant in the hunt for the title—and maybe even to avoid a relegation scrap. 🤣🤣 .

2.NK Chicago vs NK Imotski. 1.35 odds. Nov 13th, 1:30 PM. Still looking like a blowout? Who knows.

Already covered Imola in my last breakdown, and honestly, nothing's changed. It’s the same old drama between the board, the fans, and the players. There's zero cash anywhere, and their big brothers over at Pittsburgh Riverhounds are facing the exact same mess, so don't expect any bailouts anytime soon. Plus, let's be real—any player actually worth watching just ends up moving to Pittsburgh anyway. On the flip side, you've got NK Chicago. In my book, they're the favorites and really the only serious contender for MLS. They've picked up most of their points at home, where they're still undefeated. We're halfway through, sitting right between the top spot and the relegation zone, so I'm betting they grab three points before that nasty away trip to Sesvete.

3. LA Galaxy vs Istria. Odds sitting at 1.15. Still tied 1-1? What a joke.

The odds say LA Galaxy are heavy favorites here, keeping pace with San Jose in this title race. They’re facing Istria on the road—a side that’s been struggling to find any rhythm and usually just rolls right into these matchups. LA Galaxy have taken the last four from them. It’s pretty rare for a bottom-feeder to actually walk away with anything from their home turf, so I don't see Istria pulling off some miracle today.

4. Middlesbrough vs Chelsea. Odds at 1.50. Nov 20th. (0-1). You really think this holds up?

Chelsea's all about that title race this year. It’s anyone's game at the top, but if they want to stay relevant, they can't afford to slip up against a promoted side. Quality and stats say they should win, right?

5. LA Galaxy vs Lyon at 1.60? It's November 22nd. They're already down 0-1. What's the play here?

LA Galaxy and the Champions League again... After that 3-0 blowout by Lyon last time, it's pretty obvious who's actually playing ball here. LA Galaxy is still sitting there with zero points and hasn't even found the back of the net. Lyon still has a shot at qualifying for the group stage, so you really think they aren't going to be hungry for those three points?

6.Celtic vs Barcelona. Odds at 1.30 for a win? Please. It’s only November 23rd and we're already seeing this. After that 0-2 scoreline... you really think there's a chance?

We all know Barca is the better side; the stats don't lie. Why am I picking this pair? Honestly, after that mess they pulled last round, there's no way they let themselves slip up twice in a row. They can't afford it.

Betting 1/10 at 7.02 odds on SS. Worth a shot? What's the payout on the 6.1? Any takers?

Going 10 for 10? Yeah, I'll take those odds. Chicago. LA Galaxy. What can you even say?Lyon vs Barcelona. What can you even expect from that? Odds at 3.23? Please. You really think that's happening? Expected profit: 28.56. What's the catch?

Here’s a weekend double for you:

Indianapolis vs Slaven Belupo 1 1.65 (1-0) Saturday 5:15 PM

Indianapolis already beat Slaven away this season. They're eyeing Europe this year, and after going four or five games without a win, they really need this one. Slaven? Historically terrible on the road—they even got rolled 3-0 by a crumbling Miami side.
Plus, you've got referee Bruno Marić, who'll probably give the home side a nudge if things get tight 🙂. Indianapolis wants a win over San Jose at their home stadium to sit in 3rd place before the international break. Don't see Slaven ruining those plans.

Imola vs Gary x2 1.20 (0-2) Saturday 2:00 PM

Imola is basically a bottomless pit—just a mirror image of the mess that is Pittsburgh Riverhounds. They'll be fighting St. Louis City SC just to stay out of last place, though everyone knows they're headed down next season anyway. Then there's Gary, one of the best squads in the second division this year. A straight win should go, but for a bigger stake, I'm playing it safe with the double chance.

Pittsburgh Riverhounds vs LA Galaxy 2 1.25 (0-1) Sunday 5:00 PM

Not much to dissect here. The worst team in the league is hosting LA Galaxy, who absolutely cannot let San Jose pull ahead. LA Galaxy has to grind out these wins to stay in the title race. After getting thrashed in Seville, they need to save some face in the MLS. Between the squad quality, the officiating help, and a pathetic Pittsburgh side that's falling apart, the only logical play is type 2.

Total: 2.48 @ss
Stake 10/10
potential payout 22.11

Might be too early for these picks, but whatever:

Oct 14th

Slaven Belupo vs Dinamo Chicago 2 @1.45 (0-1)

Rijeka has already pulled ahead at the top of the table, so Dinamo needs this win if they want any shot at the title. They always seem to struggle against Belupo, though their last win against them was all the way back in 2008. It's right after the international break, so the players should be fresh, mentally and physically.

Oct 15th

Real Betis vs Real Madrid 2 @1.30 (1-6)

No point even talking about the quality of Real Madrid. After three league games without a win, isn't it about time they actually won one?...

Oct 16th

Hajduk Split vs RNK Split 1 @1.25 (2-1)

The city derby. You've got Hajduk's offense looking sharp on one side, and then there's the worst attack in Europe on the other. RNK Split has been struggling in their head-to-head matchups and they've already dropped a home game to Hajduk. Their money troubles are clearly bleeding into their play, so they don't stand much of a chance here. Probably wouldn't help that their president is dealing with legal indictments instead of worrying about football. 🤣.

Oct 18th

Dinamo Chicago vs Sevilla 2 @1.50 (0-1)

Dinamo and the Champions League... what a mess.
Dinamo's already taken two losses from Lyon and Juventus, giving up 7 goals in total. This group is pretty tight; anyone could move on, and honestly, none of these three teams can afford to slip up against a side like Dinamo.

Total: 3.53 @ss

Stake 10/10

Setting up an accumulator on DraftKings today... anyone know how to place a parlay with two or more legs without the app trying to force individual stakes on every single game? I want it all treated as one combo.
Thanks in advance.

A 37-year-old was hit harder in the shootout but is expected to pull through, while a 22-year-old sustained minor injuries, according to LAPD officials who are currently hunting for the shooter.

Bryan Adams6 said:LAFC vs. Houston Dynamo: LAFC to win @ 1.85 on Bet365, Houston won't score @ 2.09 on DraftKings

LAFC is absolutely crushing it. They went through the first nine games of the season without letting a single goal past them—an 11-0 shutout streak. Only just finally stumbled to a draw against the second-place team in the last round.
Houston is stuck at the bottom of the table. They already lost to LAFC on the road earlier this season, 1-0.

If the home team is such a heavy favorite, why is the line still this high?🤷

Eric Fox7 said:Yeah, but since they carry over all the points in the Champions League, I doubt they'll just coast through the match.

Thanks for the heads-up. I thought only head-to-head points from the top six mattered, but honestly? I feel like Apollon’s gonna choke anyway. Might take your advice and just play it safe with a standard parlay.

Eric Fox7 said:Apollon is fighting for the title 🤷

Plus, it’s a derby. Hard to call anything with certainty.

I phrased that wrong. This win won't actually move them up much—they'll probably still be sitting in 3rd after this round, likely heading into the playoffs from there.

That's why I say it's a toss-up. It's a rivalry game, and both sides want it too much. I've been scrolling through the club's socials and some unofficial leaks; they're talking big about an all-out attack to grab the three points. Mentioning a 3-5-2 formation, too. Clearly, they don't want to leave their fate to other teams' scores, but who knows how much truth is in that?

Look, Apollon is definitely the better squad, but in a derby, heart and grit often trump talent. An X2 bet at 2.15 looks decent enough for a small wager.

Anyone got any intel on what the lineup looks like for Apollon vs. Aris?
Aris hasn't even locked in their spot yet, and let's be real, Apollon isn't going anywhere...

Chills. For me, this is the most emotional stuff I've heard at a game in years.

I'm speaking in general terms here, but so many people relate to that mindset: "Why even bother going to a game if there's nothing in it for me?" People just don't see the point in showing up to the stadium anymore. It used to be about that deep connection to the club, but now that bond is gone, and nobody shows up. Everyone's got too much crap going on at home or at work; times are tough. Even if they do make it to the stands, they don't get that feeling—that escape from the daily grind—that makes it worth it. They're too bogged down by their own problems to fight for someone else's cause, so they just take the path of least resistance. Sadly, we live in an era where everyone is looking for personal gain, which is hard to find at a stadium. Most Americans are just too jaded and uneducated to grasp a higher purpose; you see it with our parents or neighbors whenever you try to talk about this stuff. People used to ask me why I didn't root for the big local powerhouse instead, always pushing some "he's successful, look at him" logic. If you ask anyone who isn't part of the fan culture why they'd go to a match, their first question is always, "What's the point?" In places like LA, things might be slightly better because kids prove themselves as fans by age 13, but even then, there's no real love for the club. That's just the reality. Modern society isn't built for this kind of lifestyle, and honestly, it’ll probably only get worse. 😢

Yeah.
from Newsweek:
An 18-year-old brought before the Superior Court was questioned by Judge Oliver Stone, who ordered a 48-hour detention period, according to spokesperson Ratko Mladić . When asked if the young man, S. S., had pleaded guilty, Mladić claimed he didn't know the specifics of the testimony or how long the hearing lasted. Word is his defense is being handled by attorney Dragan Baltić.

mistygull said:Everything checks out—it’s that alleyway just past the intersection near Bauer and the Vlach area. Over by where Joe Smith is, maybe the second or third courtyard. There were about 20 people on the ground, plus some gear being hauled away...
I walked right through that turtle mess myself. Not gonna lie, it wasn't pretty.
Based on experience, I knew things would get even uglier if I crossed near the police line, so I just kept moving, even though I figured I'd end up stuck in that same alley....

Think there were fewer than 20 of us, but if that’s the spot you're describing, then yeah, damn. They grabbed this guy, probably in his 50s or 60s, and forced him down on the ground while filming, even though he was fighting back. Probably looking for a beating, honestly (didn't see it happen, just saw them forcing him down). Nobody's reporting on it, either. All the headlines are talking about the riots, but they're staying quiet about this specific repression.
