I’ve got a question here, but I’m looking for someone who actually knows their stuff and can give me some real help! 😉

Just a heads up—I took these photos right after a big meal, so I don't know if that changes anything!
The bottom line is: HOW do I get visible abs?
I can churn out endless crunches without stopping—leg raises, side twists, bicycle crunches, you name it, I do them all.
But honestly, I barely even feel the burn anymore. It's like they’ve become way too easy for me. When I hold a half-crunch position, my core feels hard as a rock, and I really want to pull off that "six-pack" look, but it’s just nowhere to be seen!
So, why isn't it happening? And more importantly, how do I make it happen?

I see absolutely nobody is posting any photos here—and since I’m sitting here dealing with insomnia, I figured I might as well put some time to use! 🙂

So, this photo was from about six months ago. That was easily my thinnest phase, and let me be crystal clear: I am never looking like that again. Period. And before anyone decides to start lecturing me about eating disorders—don't bother. I’ve just always been naturally thin! 😁

Now, even though I've gained about 18 pounds, you can't even tell! I’m just as lean as I was before. The only real difference is that my arms have more muscle definition now and I've filled out my bra a little bit more. 😂

Best protein powders for muscle gain? in Hobbies & Leisure ·
Look, if you’re slamming way too much protein, you’re basically just feeding your muscles extra fuel—it's extra nutrients for growth! But carbs? If you go overboard on those, that's where the real trouble starts because all that excess just turns straight into body fat.
- It’s funny how people—especially women—seem to think that once they start sipping on protein shakes (which are usually about 85% pure protein anyway), they’re suddenly going to wake up looking like a massive bodybuilder. Newsflash: ladies, your physiology isn't wired to just balloon up with muscle overnight. And honestly, look at all those guys grinding away at the gym every single day, sweating their lives out on the machines... if gaining mass were actually that easy, everyone would just be standing around shaking up bottles instead of doing the hard work. 🤣
A shake is best used right after your workout to get the most bang for your buck. Or, if you're someone trying to drop some weight, it can actually work as a dinner replacement—it keeps your calories low and stops you from reaching for something stupid like a chocolate bar, since the flavor of the shake usually hits the spot enough to satisfy that craving. 😉
