I mean, what’s more convenient than just tossing a bag of Kellogg's Corn Flakes in your gym bag?

Just scoop it out at home and dump it into your shaker along with your whey.🙄

Alex Long8 said:Just one quick question! Instead of using glucose, what else can I pair with my protein after a workout? Are one or two bananas enough, or should I look for something else?

Kellogg's Corn Flakes 😁

Terry Wells56 said:It's true. Using just one hand is actually more balanced—honestly, maybe even better than a standard bench press bar... 😁😁 😁I'm definitely no pro bodybuilder, though, so I can't really push much more than a couple of reps (and by "a couple," I mean two) before my muscles start twitching painfully lol. Since I'm only about 150 lbs, trying to stabilize everything with one arm while dealing with the leg drive is a whole different beast...

The bench press is total garbage.

Indianapolis, man, that's too bad.😢😢 😢

Ryan Campbell3 said:I picked up some Das Gesunde Plus protein supplement at CVS—it’s a 300g tub of whatever $13. I’m doing about 30g a day just to stay on track since I go swimming every single day during the summer. Can't hurt, right?

Man, toss that stuff. You're just gonna end up with man boobs.

(Seriously though, it's loaded with soy)

Jamie Rivera70 said:It’s actually pretty wild how much of a game-changer pushups can be if you do them right and add some weight to the mix.

I’ve been sticking to weighted dips lately. Honestly, if you ask me, they’re the absolute best move for hitting the chest. I’ve read a ton about all those different variations—like dumbbell flyes, cable crossovers, or even using kettlebells—and they definitely look legit. I just haven't really had the drive to switch things up right now, but I'll probably get around to testing them out eventually.

There was this one stretch where I set my sights on hitting 100 pushups in a single go. It took me a few weeks to actually get there.

Aside from that specific goal, I wasn't really doing any pushups at all.

Pro Nutrition is actually an American company, so you'll get the best deal if you order in bulk.

Check out their website for all the specifics.

I really hope nobody takes this as me trying to push a product here. The guy just mentioned what he uses, and I’m just sharing what works for me. 🤷

Jason Baker59 said:I don't really hit the gym; I mostly just stick to push-ups and boxing training. Is there actually any point in me getting some whey protein? Thanks in advance.😉

If even dancers are chugging this stuff after a workout, I don't see why boxers wouldn't be doing the exact same thing.
You don't have to worry about growing a third arm.
Honestly, I think there's more upside than downside here—assuming the only thing getting hurt is your wallet. 😉

Honestly, neither of those shops will be seeing me again anytime soon. I only grabbed this because I'm practically scraping the bottom of my current tub, but from now on, I'm going to be hunting around for actual deals. I'm tired of throwing so much cash away when there are way cheaper options out there. But hey, that's the recession for you 😁
.
I thought Inkospor was the budget option, but looking at the prices here, they're actually pricier than these guys

Not sure if it's the distributors or if they all just hiked their prices up lately

Grab a kilo of Pro Nutrition $45 and get to work!
