Maria Fisher46 said:No, actually, the results look completely fine—everything is right within the normal range.

Dear Nicholas, thank you so much for everything. It’s really wonderful having you here with us...🙂
Maria Fisher46 said:Hi there,

Here’s my take on those lab results. Based on what you’ve shared, we can't pinpoint exactly why you're feeling so wiped out, but I can tell you that it isn't due to anemia or thyroid hormone issues. That means we need to start looking for the cause somewhere else...

Just checking your TSH levels won't tell us if you have an autoimmune thyroid condition; to figure that out, we'd actually need to test for specific thyroid antibodies. It's quite common for people living with Hashimoto to have normal hormone levels, so a standard TSH reading doesn't necessarily rule out an autoimmune issue...

Thanks so much! 🙏
And should I be worried about this slightly elevated MCHC?

Thanks again for all the help. 🙏
I would really appreciate it if someone could take a look at these lab results and give me their thoughts. I decided to get some bloodwork done because I’ve just been feeling so wiped out lately... I could sleep for 12 hours straight and still wake up feeling exhausted. I've also put on quite a bit of weight, though honestly, I think that's more due to my lack of energy levels than anything else.
Here are the results -> View on imgur

The only thing that jumps out at me is that my MCHC is high, but I'm not entirely sure what that implies, especially when you look at how it relates to my other numbers.
What actually surprised me most was seeing that my thyroid seems okay, which is a relief since Hashimoto is practically a family tradition for us... it's everywhere in my family tree.

Thanks so much in advance for any help! 🙂

edit: here is another link to the same report, I noticed something looks a little off: View on imgur
Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice? in Health ·
Wait, just so we're on the same page—are we talking about the same thing? Like, that specific seat cushion with the hole right in the middle? 😁

Does anyone know the best place to pick up a hemorrhoid cushion? Thanks! 👍

Is something like Skype or Zoom working okay for you right now?
Have you had a chance to try opening it in a different browser to see if that clears things up?

It actually just started working on its own after I restarted my computer a couple of times... 🤣
Thanks anyway! 👍
Internet's down after running a virus scan in IT Support ·
So, last night I decided to run a scan with Norton AntiVirus because my computer was acting a little sluggish, though nothing too crazy...
I went ahead and put everything it found into quarantine, restarted the machine, and suddenly realized my internet is completely dead.

The status shows I'm "connected" and the signal strength is "excellent," but I can't get a single webpage to load in my browser.

Does anyone know what I should do?

Thanks so much in advance 🙂
Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting in sleep mode in IT Support ·
Yep, everything is cranked up to the max.

I think there might be an option right under "allow to turn off"—maybe something like "allow to turn on"...? I'm just not sure if enabling that would mess with the battery life or something else, since there's a little warning message next to it

Thanks for the tip! I gave that a shot, but unfortunately, it didn't really change anything. Everything is still acting just the same as before...

Also, I was wondering, what’s the actual difference between "sleep" and "hibernate"? Is it actually better to just shut the laptop down and restart it every few hours, or would it be smarter to just put it into sleep mode (or maybe hibernate??) and leave it like that all day if I don't want to deal with the constant booting up and shutting down...

I’m having a bit of trouble finding it... I managed to get into the Device Manager—though I’m honestly not even 100% sure if I clicked the right thing to get there—but once I'm in, I can't see that Power tab anywhere...

It looks like it’ll take about five minutes just to get everything back up and running. It feels almost as if it was stuck in sleep mode and is now struggling to wake itself up.
On my old MacBook, it was instant—it started working within a few seconds. I'm guessing that one probably wasn't even in sleep mode to begin with...
Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting in sleep mode in IT Support ·
Every single time I wake my laptop up from sleep mode, it takes about five minutes for the Wi-Fi to actually stabilize and stay connected. It’s honestly pretty frustrating, and I was wondering if there's a way to tweak some settings to stop this from happening... if it's even possible at all.

Thanks in advance!
I tried doing a quick Google search, but honestly, I’m always a little paranoid about clicking on something that might have a virus. I was really hoping there was a more reputable, official site I could trust instead.

Thanks so much 🙂
I’m looking to get this installed on my PC, but I seem to have misplaced the original installation CD.
Is there any way to download it online, and if so, where should I look?

Dealing with bad cramps? in Women's Health ·
I don't really deal with intense pain, mostly just some lower back aches, and even then, it’s usually just for the first day.
That's when I'll reach for some Advil or occasionally Tylenol.
However, I heard somewhere that you shouldn't take something like Tylenol if you don't actually have a fever, since its main job is to bring temperatures down, so I was thinking about stopping by a CVS to find something specifically formulated for menstrual cramps.
Does anyone have any good recommendations? 🙂 I mean, nothing too heavy-duty is necessary...

Thanks so much, I’ll definitely be swinging by there soon. I really could use something a bit more formal for once 🙂

Scott Howard74 said:Can't recall the exact number, but it's just a block away from the Citigroup tower, near the plaza.

I think I finally figured out the name of the place I was actually thinking of—Maxy P. Does anyone happen to know anything about them? Like, what kind of prices are we looking at?

I’m pretty sure that isn't the one you're talking about, though, since Maxy is located over on Market Street at number 36...
I'll definitely go ahead and try to track down the one you mentioned, thanks so much 🙂

Does anyone happen to know the name and the exact street number of that big department store over on Market Street?
I remember hearing about it ages ago, but I can't seem to recall any of the specifics...
