Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol (2011)

A solid action thriller. Maybe a little too obsessed with James Bond and high-tech toys—but hey, I guess that’s becoming the signature move for the Mission: Impossible series anyway. You can't fault the carnage, the explosions, or the cars flying everywhere (honestly, all those BMWs with regular engines got trashed... the i8 is way too precious for that 😁)
I’m glad they didn't lean so hard on the whole "masking" trope this time around. Trying to top the disguises from Mission: Impossible III would have been a massive stretch.
Pulling off a villainous role as good as what Hoffman did in Mission: Impossible III is a tall order, so it makes sense why the main bad guy isn't front and center this time.
And then I missed that one opportunity too... 😬
I mean, that guy is just... 😁 Absolutely brilliant. The whole group couldn't stop laughing for a good couple of minutes... 🤣 👍

So, I just walked out of the theater and honestly... 
That movie was absolutely brilliant!! .. I’d give it a 10/10 🙏
I’ve always been a fan of Tom Cruise as an actor, and he definitely didn't let me down this time either 😁 There was plenty of action, some great humor... they really hit the mark 👍
The whole cast was fantastic 😍 .. Tom and that other agent have great physiques 🤣 ..and the redhead was just hilarious xD
And YES ..the supporting cast was so cool ..and they even mentioned America THREE times 😂
Man, I am just thrilled with the movie, and the entire cast was wonderful! 🥳

I was only a little bit let down... I think disappointed is a bit too strong a word 😁... I was expecting a much happier ending 😬... but honestly, the fact that the ending wasn't what most movies do is actually what makes it interesting 😉

I watched this movie just yesterday and thought, I really should write something about it, but wait... there isn't even a thread for it yet 🤣 😬
Cast: Eddie Murphy, Ben Stiller, Casey Affleck, Matthew Broderick, Téa Leoni, Gabourey Sidibe.
Director: Brett Ratner Screenplay: Ted Griffin, Jeff Nathanson Producer(s): Brian Grazer, Eddie Murphy
Anyway.
The film follows a group of people who were cheated by a boss who swindled them out of a fortune. Now they want to get back at him... 😁
Just like he did to them (he was supposed to invest and triple the employees' pensions, but he's greedy and dishonest, so naturally, he was embezzling wherever he could 😳). Basically, their goal is to get that money back to the workers 😉
This thief crew essentially has no idea how to pull off a heist. It consists of a building manager, Josh Kovaks (who is also the mastermind behind the whole plan), Charlie (an ex-Wall Street guy who ended up broke)... Mr. Fitzhugh, Dev'Reaux and Odessa the maid.
Since the crew is totally out of their element, a small-time crook named slide steps in to help.
Why them?
Because they've worked at the Tower for over 10 years and know the place better than anyone else, which is exactly what they need to get revenge on this guy who screwed them over.
Long story short, I watched it yesterday and my rating is 8/10 (IMDb gave it a 6.7/10)
The humor hits the mark—which is expected given the cast
And there's just enough action to make your palms sweat.
Overall, a very engaging movie that's definitely worth a watch 👍

I honestly feel like they've really messed up the forum lately, but I actually love this feature
