You won't be able to pick fonts or colors or anything else anymore. You can only use links now. This applies to all new Signature Permissions. Existing ones will stay exactly as they are until they get updated for the first time...

I’ve noticed that some moderators act incredibly condescending when they're handing out bans or lecturing people...

In my opinion, it's just pure ego—a way to boost their own sense of self-importance.

Obviously, not all of them are like that, but at least the ones I've run into are... 🤦

I think it would be better if they didn't let their personal issues spill over onto the patrons... They should keep their private matters separate from their professional duties. It might also help if they attended periodic training sessions, though I suspect most of that is already mandatory under their job descriptions...
