Should I look into supplemental insurance like Grawe or something similar? I simply don't have the luxury of waiting forever if I rely on a referral from a primary care physician, nor do I have the funds to pay out-of-pocket for a full battery of tests. Thank you!
I found my experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield to be highly satisfactory. They offer several different plan tiers, and it is my understanding that nearly all of them include a systematic wellness exam. When you require additional specialized testing or diagnostic imaging, the wait times are minimal; you can simply select your preferred doctors or utilize private contracted clinics and hospitals. 👍
